This is invaluable! I had no idea I was sitting so much more heavily on my right hip. I've always known that I walk with almost all the work and weight on the right side, the left foot coming along for the ride. I try to walk "evenly" but it's almost impossible to change your walk. But I'm looking forward to changing my sitting. Thank you.

My right sitting bone will thump when sitting. Any ideas? In general it feels loose and out of place. Thanks.

You have probably figured it out by now. Repetition is the mother of skill, the father of action and the architect of accomplishment.

I'm not clear on what you mean by "the lighter sitting bone." FIrst I thought it was the "weaker" side, the side that lifted easily, and the "stronger" leg was harder to lift. Is that correct? Thank you.

Your partner is looking a little lifeless there. Needs more energy!
