- This lesson is often what we teach on someone's first visit because it's very easy to integrate into your daily life (sitting in a chair anywhere!) and it helps you learn about how your pelvis and spine are related. This lesson is particularly beneficial for anyone with hip pain, low back pain, upper body tension, and general stiffness in the hips or back.
Interesting insights! Thank you both❤️ 💫
I REALLY like the older gentleman who expins things SO WELL! I look forward to hearing Kaitlin too!
How long do you recommend doing the exercises, is it X amount of reps?
I like this!
Could any of this affect swallowing?

Fyi: Did you know that all 5 of the other lessons have been posted as a kid's channel? You cannot turn on notifications or save a video if it's RUclips Kids. (Nor make comments). You may want to change this
Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention!
@@wellnessstation8897 no problems 👍 (I thought you might be wondering why nobody was making comments! Actually can I ask, I find Feldenkrais very helpful but I have ME/CFS and I do not want to 'stir' anything up so to speak. I've recently been through severe insomnia and all I need now is rest. My back & neck are out of alignment with my left shoulder higher than the other & head tilts to the left. I can't go and see anyone because my body sleeps during night, awake during day. What should I try? Thank you
(I'm in New Zealand).
We recommend going through our videos, slowly, taking many breaks to pause, listen to your body. It’s hard to give generalized recommendations without actually evaluating a person. Check to see if there is a Feldenkrais practitioner local to you that might be able to guide you in the right direction@@MightyMouse350
