As for the pasta marinara sauce its edible if you were paying Golden Corral prices. Then empty pan like truffle pasta and other empty stations. BELLAGIO this is a disgrace to charge 70$. * I AM ON A ROLL! LETS GO!! Asian section looks good - Ill give you that. Now the carrots/ mashed potatoes in that section look amazing. Clawing some back Bellagio but still worth 70$ or a visit, yet? Why the %^&& would you put seaweed all outside the horseradish / cocktail sauce. COME ON MAN do not ever do that again! That looks awful. You should be better then this though I will say the meats at the start look good so maybe that is where your money is at if you eat here. Bellagio you need to fix this buffet in many areas.
My mom and I stayed at the Bellagio a few months ago and almost went to the buffet but they were charging holiday prices and we weren’t that hungry. If I went there and those stations looked that empty, unkept and gross I would ask for a refund. Buffets are usually on it when it comes to wiping down sections and refilling items quickly. I don’t think anything looked worth a $70 price tag. I’m shocked.
The juice station felt it was borrowed by the wynn buffet lol. The sea bass def looks yummy and the prime rib looked so juicy. If they served yellow corn tortillas the tacos may be a big winner .the dessert looked ok but the buffet made a decent upgrade on the meats section

Great video as always -- very thorough. I notice that many of the food stations don't seem well maintained, overall kind of sloppy. I'm sure it's difficult keeping up with the public, but I would expect better from the Bellagio. Maybe it's just me.
Shin - the prime rib did look good (19:39). I can see you also got a good piece which included the best part - the rib cap part. But I have to agree with the other commentators who said the buffet islands did not look very appetizing or clean. For example, at 09:06, the salad dressings looked particularly unkempt, with different dressings mixing with each other (to get around this problem, I know some buffets put dressings next to each other, not above or below each other). They also didn’t seem to refilling things well - eg 5:42, the broccoli tray was basically empty. The seared salmon at 06:30 didn’t look appetizing either; it looked like someone had taken tongs and went on a rampage with all the salmon bits around the pan. I think they market themselves as a premium buffet, so I would have expected more attention to these kind of things. That said, some items did look good (eg the aforementioned prime rib). I would have been happy with a plate consisting of prime rib, horseradish, lots of mashed potatoes, and the carrots

Shin - Your video is great - however, the Bellagio Buffet looks mediocre. This is MGM cost cutting and overcharging at its finest. When you said it was $70 and then showed the self service beverage stations along with the coffee dispensers, etc. I was reminded of a hospital style cafeteria. The signage, above the stations, looks really cheap. Some of the food does look good. I thought the watermelon and melon juices were cool, but this level of quality is not representative of the quality Bellagio was (especially during the Mirage Resorts days) and not what MGM markets it as. I feel bad saying this because I was at Bellagio opening night (it was awesome) as it was when Mirage ran it and even before MGM started cutting corners, but I would put this buffet at the bottom. I would rather go to Palms than the Bellagio buffet. The Wynn buffet, which is priced comparably, blows this place away (yet Bellagio is on the same tier as Wynn).

Am amazing buffet. I ate there many times. I always seem to eat way to much and need to sleep after. Not sure how people can eat there then carry on drinking and partying etc. lol
I only eat the expensive stuff like steak and seafood on my first three trips to the buffet line. I might take a few cheaper items afterward but I keep those at a minimum. I wouldn't pay $70 for this buffet though.

Damn......For $70 i EXPECT at least Crab Legs or Lobster i was Excited when i saw the Juice Section, NOT many Buffets have a Fresh Juice Section, especially my Favorite Carrot Juice $70 is way Pricey for what they're Serving. Only Prime Rib and Oysters worth eating but then it's very filling to just Eat Prime Rib to justify paying $70 i always confuse which Casinos serve Buffets and which doesn't.... Especially Venetian, Bellagio, and Mandalay Bay, i always get confuse with those 3 ✌✌

It's actually only $5 more to eat at the Wynn buffet dinner and $5 less to eat at the Wynn on Saturdays and Sundays. Comparatively, the Wynn is definitely better value. Thanks for watching!
It’s sorry to say your video of the Bellagio Buffet is very depressing to me. It’s not your fault, you again provide an honest, detailed review. But I worked at Bellagio for over ten years (not at the Buffet), and I’ve enjoyed dining there probably a good 40+ times over the years. My parents used to look forward to dining there every time they visited during their vacations. The quality has gone down in so many ways, and at $70 the Buffet is outrageously overpriced. The most obvious negative is the reduction in staff: the turkey and chicken used to be hand carved, not chopped up in a messy pile. Most items used to be displayed in individual silver oval-shaped containers with very little mess. Now most sections have a dirty, unappealing look to them. The quality of food has worsened. While they still serve favorites like prime rib and other meats, shrimp, poke section and Asian specialties, they have eliminated options like Beef Wellington and Country Ham. The increase in pasta selections that are easy and cheap to make is depressing. The quality of salad and bread selections is depressingly poor. The dessert selection is fine, unless you remember the quality desserts they used to offer. If this was a $30-$40 buffet I wouldn’t complain, but pricing this similarly to the higher quality, offering better service Wynn Buffet is nothing short of embarrassing. Luckily I like Sadelle’s a lot, so skipping the Buffet is no great loss. But I’m still sad, remembering how good the Bellagio Buffet used to be.
That straight carnivore plate would be mine with a tad of veg. Looked delicious. Bellagio buffet was my go to 15 years ago. It's not #1 for me anymore but holds good memories for me ❤.

I love all your videos. I hope one day you will splurge and go to Michaels Stekhouse at South Point. You won't be able to eat like a buffet there. But they give you a tremendous tray of salad type items before dinner, and all kinds of chocolate fruit after dinner. the food is 2nd to none.........Pls enjoy if you go.

I thought the buffet looked pretty basic, sandwich bread and repeated items? For $70 a person midweek, I would have expected better from the Bellagio. Everyone always complains about turkey and chicken on a buffet, why continue to offer it if it’s not good.
I've been coming to the garden court buffet since the 1990s. The prime rib addition for only $32.95. This buffet and the Garden buffet at the Southpoint are the only two I like and go to these days. It's worth the money!!😊

As a person who has to do the upkeep on a buffet one person who can't put food on their plate will make the bar look terrible. Right after I have went and wiped and cleaned and taken all the cheese or veggies or bacon bits that other people have made mess with. So that Buffett looked pretty b good to be busy!

Some people like their chilled peeled shrimps with butter not cocktail sauce.

That buffet is super weak for that price ! You pay $10 more and you can go to the WYNN😊 I would never pay the price they are charging for that crappy food they have there
It's actually only $5 more to eat at the Wynn buffet dinner and $5 less to eat at the Wynn on Saturdays and Sundays. Comparatively, the Wynn is definitely better value. Thanks for watching!

It’s sorry to say your video of the Bellagio Buffet is very depressing to me. It’s not your fault, you again provide an honest, detailed review. But I worked at Bellagio for over ten years (not at the Buffet), and I’ve enjoyed dining there probably a good 40+ times over the years. My parents used to look forward to dining there every time they visited during their vacations.
The quality has gone down in so many ways, and at $70 the Buffet is outrageously overpriced. The most obvious negative is the reduction in staff: the turkey and chicken used to be hand carved, not chopped up in a messy pile. Most items used to be displayed in individual silver oval-shaped containers with very little mess. Now most sections have a dirty, unappealing look to them.
The quality of food has worsened. While they still serve favorites like prime rib and other meats, shrimp, poke section and Asian specialties, they have eliminated options like Beef Wellington and Country Ham. The increase in pasta selections that are easy and cheap to make is depressing. The quality of salad and bread selections is depressingly poor. The dessert selection is fine, unless you remember the quality desserts they used to offer.
If this was a $30-$40 buffet I wouldn’t complain, but pricing this similarly to the higher quality, offering better service Wynn Buffet is nothing short of embarrassing.
Luckily I like Sadelle’s a lot, so skipping the Buffet is no great loss. But I’m still sad, remembering how good the Bellagio Buffet used to be.

That straight carnivore plate would be mine with a tad of veg. Looked delicious. Bellagio buffet was my go to 15 years ago. It's not #1 for me anymore but holds good memories for me ❤.

I love all your videos. I hope one day you will splurge and go to Michaels Stekhouse at South Point. You won't be able to eat like a buffet there. But they give you a tremendous tray of salad type items before dinner, and all kinds of chocolate fruit after dinner. the food is 2nd to none.........Pls enjoy if you go.

I thought the buffet looked pretty basic, sandwich bread and repeated items? For $70 a person midweek, I would have expected better from the Bellagio. Everyone always complains about turkey and chicken on a buffet, why continue to offer it if it’s not good.

I've been coming to the garden court buffet since the 1990s. The prime rib addition for only $32.95. This buffet and the Garden buffet at the Southpoint are the only two I like and go to these days. It's worth the money!!😊

As a person who has to do the upkeep on a buffet one person who can't put food on their plate will make the bar look terrible. Right after I have went and wiped and cleaned and taken all the cheese or veggies or bacon bits that other people have made mess with. So that Buffett looked pretty b good to be busy!
