1. 糯米粉 - 90g
2. 粟粉 - 30g
3. 白砂糖 - 45g
4. 椰漿 - 200g
5. 菜油 - 25g + 15g +5g
6. 水飴 - 20g
鹹蛋黃: (共8隻,13-16g/隻)
1. 鹹蛋黃 - 8隻
2. 玫瑰露酒 - 50g
肉鬆蛋黃餡料: (大約-240-250g,可分24粒,10g/粒)
1. 已蒸鹹蛋黃 - 8隻(大約120g)
2. 原味肉鬆 - 70g
3. 沙律醬 - 65g
麻糬肉鬆蛋黃餡料: (大約-600g, 可分24粒,25g/粒)
1. 肉鬆蛋黃餡 - 240-250g (大約10g/粒)
2. 麻薯餡料 - 360-370g (大約15g/粒)
芋泥麻糬肉鬆蛋黃餡料: (大約-640g, 可分24粒,65g/粒)

Taro Mochi Pork Floss Egg Yolk Pastry is a kind of new style Mooncake with salted egg yolk, Pork Floss, Mochi & Taro paste filling and warped with multi-color layer Puffy Pastry. It’s very delicious.
Mochi Filling 餡料: (Around : 360 - 370g , divide into 24pcs, 15g/pc)
1. Glutinous Rice Flour - 90g
2. Corn Starch - 30g
3. Granulated Sugar - 45g
4. Coconut Milk - 200g
5. Corn Oil - 25g + 15g +5g
6. Corn Syrup - 20g

2. Rose Wine - 50g
