Awesome video!! ❤. Who knew kidneys were so complex. My one set of doctors at McLeod Seacoast have AKI listed on my chart. However my primary (who is married to a nephrologist) and my rheumatologist at Carolina health specialist told me I have CKD….I thought they were the same thing prior to watching this video…now I’m going to have to try to figure out which one I actually have….

I have chronic kidney disease, fibro. I have one kidney... I did experience acute kidney injury due to severe flu symptoms...
It is a challenge.
If you have High blood pressure or type 2 diabetes good luck.
Seems diabetics with HBP are doomed.
