- After not managing to reach 200mph last year, we're back at the first VMAX 200 of the year, with a new location and new Eventuri Gen 2 filters can we finally hit the 200mph mark that we've been chasing in our F10 M5 'The Great White' before its F90 M5 replacement comes?

Keep it, they are now more attainable for the regular guys so im sure you wont go wrong with developing the f10 further.
That is the thinking. Have to be able to justify keeping both though ;-)

Yes that's our old V10 making the noise . It would do 205 with enough space.

Yep my old M5 ran 205 with space, also did well at BThorpe at VMAX back in the day- think the videos are still live on RUclips with my black E60 (M5 JOT) put a lot of expensive metal to shame :)
100% keep it and develop it further,push it as far as you can take it

Thanks James. I think we are pretty much there for FBO and pump fuel and a very reliable tune that has been tested thoroughly.
Definitely keep the F10 and develop more mods for it PLEASE! We need bigger HPFP and LPFP and maybe bigger injectors so we can run E85. I LOVE seeing the great white shark eating super cars!

So, what could have happen to the red M5? Will be interesting to know what caused it!
My wife spun the rear tires in an F10 , M5 at 90mph in the damp. Much better traction/stability software than an older 635d which was dangerous in the wet. Even stock the M5 F10 is hilariously fast. Great sound too, like Nascar. So good who cares if it's piped in.

You will always wonder how far you can tune it so with 2 months to go look for that limiter and push it further.

have you removed the limiter on the gearbox? that is what's limiting my F10 M5 to 205mph after being tuned by MSL. Also please keep the beast!!
hassan awan it's not in the DCT and yes we have removed it now and it has been tested on 3 different cars now

Isn't there a separate speed limiter built into the DCT transmission, 199mph ?
NOW 1234 we have found it now and removed it. It's not in the DCT
Thinking about booking mine in for a stage 1 map with you. Only reservation is that I have BMW extended warranty on it......problem ?
NOW 1234 no ecu tuning is warranty safe. It's always a risk

I have a stock f10 m5 I never drive it with the traction control off the one time I did I spun out at 50 mph on the highway thought I was gonna crash my baby
