Yes. Why does the night sky's constellations appear to revolve around Polaris (North Star) as shown by time delay photography. Polaris is not in our solar system, and according to established teaching is many light years away, and yet never gets obscured by other stars or satellites despite our movement around our Sun, which is in turning within the confines of our Galaxy, which in turn is hurtling through space at a tremendous pace.
