My "hunger cues" are things like, shaking, headache, mood changes, blood sugar definitely bottoming out, lol....theeeeese are not what non-neurodivergent people are talking about when they refer to hunger cues, but I only realized that a couple of years ago. Go, interoception, go LOL :)
YES so agree! The more cues to eat we recognize and normalize and utilize the permission we have (no matter whether a cue is there) the better! Thank you for listening 🙂
