    Where are the men that are open to having conversations like this? Super chill people that are easy going. Realistic. Most people are combative and argumentative.

    Who does not want a happy long term realations? I found the 4 tips invaluable. Don't keep score. Be happy, not right! Or the marriage turns into a competition and a battlefield. Thanks so much!

    It's so crazy how much I needed to watch this video. I've been dealing with low self esteem, anger issues especially...and it's definitely been rubbing off in my relationship. We've been going at it for 5 years and this past year we've come to terms that we need to change and build a stronger foundation, not just for our sanity and our love but, for our children. I'm so happy to have found this channel and every single one of these points was what I needed to hear, not only for myself but to understand why I'm always out bursting at my partner. He's been amazing this last year...since I'm pregnant with our second child, I know that I'm definitely moody and hormonal but! Nonetheless, he's stayed strong for both of us, taking on every mood I change into lol. I finally realized that it's me and I have anger issues so I'm surrendering and looking out for a healthier mindset. Thank you for the advice! I will surely start TODAY! Your relationship is beautiful to watch as well.

  • @MegaLadylove2012

    Thank you for sharing! Wow! These are incredible! I think the same
    applies to every aspect of life. For example, I often tell staff or co Manager 'choose your battle.' Too often we thrive to be right. Being right at every situation can be such a waste of time bc correctness is nearly impossible at all times. Second, counting scores. I've Staff complained to me they have done this, this or that while x,y,z person did nothing. I think to myself, how can you assure he or she has done nothing if you keep scores about every little tasks. I keep expressin how we all work differently, as in, each person brings somethin unique to the workplace. Instead of focusing only on how one works, thrive to recognize the goodness others bring to the table. I learned rather than keep track of ones work, to complained about them later, express your needs or be direct about what you want from the other person because doing so will literally caused blindness towards what someone else sacrifices to make the relationship whole. Open communication without blames prevents unnecessary chaos.

    It takes a lot of maturity to practice those types of universal laws through energy. Brains develop at different stages of life, and some people have not had the stability emotionally - to practice this yet. If someone told me this information in my 20s, I knew because of my addictions that I would not have bee able to practice this. I had to get my addiction under control first before I could contribute to someone else's life on this level. I truly would not ever encourage anybody in their early 20s to get married. I would have them mature some to develop a little bit stronger views from challenges. It took me six years to get things under control. I understand when people have psychological problems - and I don't interact with them anymore. I finally have gotten rid of all my toxic relationships in my life. I finally understand not to interact with those who are toxic with themselves. Being single has been in my best interest for a while now. And, I'm finally mature enough to handle these kinds of steps though. So for those who are married, this is a great tool for them. How wonderful that you guys do this together.

    • @DrChristianConte
      @DrChristianConte  6 лет назад

      Thank you so much for taking time to comment. You are absolutely right that it takes a certain level of maturity to focus on living a more conscious life (and my wife certainly had to put up with too many years of waiting for me to be more conscious), but I can say that I really believe that good relationships are worth the effort. Sending you tons of peace!
