Looks and sounds amazing. Love that they have a Tubby setting & the ducking is a nice touch. Superb. Magma Springs is the only other plugin I've heard come this close to sounding like real spring verb.
@@AlexReidStudios It's amazing. Spring is one of my favourite styles of reverbs thanks to it's extensive use in reggae & dub so I'm pretty particular about it sounding authentic.
This is what I've been looking for. I've tried the recently released klanghelm freeby, but it was just way too hifi for what I want from a Spring reverb. Then there's the audiothing plugin which is nice, but didn't blow me away like their space echo did. Now this looks way more promising and maybe I don't have to build my own spring tank after all!
This one is my favorite yet, sounds very good and 3D. I have the full version of TENS. I love free versions, but a trial could be good so you try the other models it has
@@AlexReidStudios yea that's the fact that klanghelm doesn't provide full version trials is the reason I didn't buy it. Maybe there would be a model in there I really like, who knows but from the free model I was not blown away, sounded too smooth, too clean. Now this one from pulsar is great, it does sound super 3d and realistic I think. It's a fucking wonderland of great emulations out there and now an amazing spring reverb too.
two different beasts, both can give excellent results. The colors of their models differ a lot imho so is about taste. Although gotta admit I love the spring hitting thingy. TENS has other parameters too but lacks the excitation feature
That Spring Drum kit is killer and needs to be turned into a Kontakt library. You’ve got a hit on your hands there.

Haven't tried Magma yet. I also like TENS from Klanghelm, as Primavera is very versatile

So, how would you say this compares to the Klanghelm Tens/Tens Jr?
