The statement is a slight stretch, but she's part Yusei because her parents died over some bullshit from a high level organization, and also because of her fighting abilities and willingness to fight said high level organizations (Yusei single-handedly knocked out two of the guards to Director Goodwin's door at the Fortune Cup). Sherry also runs synchrons.
And she's part Akiza because of family issues. Akiza was (initially) rejected by her father for being a psychic duelist and Sayer exploited this abandonment to use her for her psychic duelist abilities. Sherry wasn't rejected by her dad, but he left a pretty big ass burden in her lap from when she was young (aka, the Z-ONE card). Later on down the line, she fought against the heroes when the big bad of the series swayed her to his side, and the main thing that drove her was her dead family. Thankfully, she had her butler as an anchor, just like Akiza needed one (with some differences). Like Akiza, Sherry is also a boss ass bitch who wouldn't take shit from her own digestive system. Lol.
On another note, Yusei also fits the mold of family issues, because one of the people who inadvertently helped set the events in motion that led to Zero Reverse (the ground zero in 5ds which was an explosion so huge it separated a WHOLE SECTION of Neo Domino City and made it into the island known as Satellite, notwithstanding how many people died) happened to be his own father.
- Introduces new Fleur upgrade with an omni negate
- Introduces new synchron which takes the name of the original necessary synchron to help make the mentioned fleur upgrade
- Makes the upgraded fleur synchro generic.

You know the anime was really lacking wind themes when they resorted to using Sherry, saying she was a wind duelist was really stretching it.
She’s seriously disjointed when it comes to her deck. Makes me feel like she should’ve piloted a Synchro version of Valkyries due to her connection to the Final Arc of the 5Ds series!
But seriously, Warriors, Spellcasters, Machines, 1 Plant Monster, and random Beasts and 1 Beast-Warrior!!!
What the Hell! It’s like Studio Gallop couldn’t make up their minds when it came to an Internal design! I get the French Knights/Floural idea, but this archetype smashes in a crapton of unnecessary Cards types!
I was really hoping that they’d support Atticus’ Atmosphere lineup from the manga, but also considering that Marik’s support in the Dark themed set was made of Water monsters and Divine support, I don’t think these Legendary Duelist sets are too concerned with actually sticking to the attribute theme
Yeah she wasn't really a wind duelist so much as a "female warriors and also horses for some reason" duelist

White Steed of the Floral Knights would work REALLY well with Nephthys! All Level 2s, all Wind, and they thrive on being destroyed by card effects!

Such effects like an Omni negate should be mitigated by being archetype specific
Nice video, you have perhaps became the most consistent Yugituber with good content now.
You could also run Heritage of the Chalice in the deck. Sure, because the deck doesn't run Noble Arms cards, it can't recycle itself, but it can search shield bearer which by banishing it from your hand, can search horse of the floral knights which starts your combo.
Necro Synchron looks more like an infected onion than a wilting flower.

If Ecole de Zone was printed, it works better on those cards that worked when destroyed. It is also a monster floodgate and kind of OP

Speaking of Sherry's cards that were printed in the Legendary Duelists set, you forgot to mention her 2 field spells that finally got a phyisical release. Soul Binding Gate and École de Zone. Soul Binding Gate has always been a pretty lame card... but École de Zone was absolute broken in the anime, and in the video game Yuigoh Tag Force 6, where it's so opressive one could even call it the predecessor to Mystic Mine.

You can fusion for Guardian Chimera which is pretty nice for that horse monster. Get to draw 2 and pop 2 if 2 of the monsters are from the hand
centaur mina was one of the only fusion monsters in yugioh 5ds so that was cool

NGL, I didn't realize Sherry le Blanc's deck was so powerful now, I only knew about Necro Synchron and Baronne de Fleur.
She wiped out an entire 3 man team in the WGP by herself the only reason she couldn't continue wrecking the house was because of time travel
I like Centaur Mina. I think her design is really pretty and clever, and hope they bring her to the TCG soon.
Wait it's not an actual card? I've seen it in Duel Links tickets but didn't took it. Took that Floral Knight card that fetches Polymerization instead for my no-cost Ojama deck.

Great video! I have a question though, a bunch of these cards (centaur, horse, and some of the noble knight ones) are in Duel Links already, and they are missing some effects. I know this is a TCG channel, but does that mean that the actual cards will get these effects in the OCG and not the DL ones? Also will the DL ones be updated ever? Thanks!

Anyone else wondering why Centaur Mina has cloth covering their front when horse genitals should be at the back? And if that long piece of cloth could get in the way of their legs?
@@sanae99.9.9 armor, sure, and perhaps decorative cloth, but Centaur Mina is a sapient being who self-clothed and decided to put a loincloth in the front as if there are genitals there
I use the level 8 fleur in my spellcaster decks
does "heritage of the chalice" work on the noble knight cards that were shown? because that is another search card that can get any of the light noble knight monster cards to get combo.

I find it funny that QuickDraw Synchron and 3 levels can get out Chevalier a lot easier the Fluer can until recently

This is a classic case of players not reading cards, but I thought baroness' negation effect was once per turn, not once per on the field. Never again will I be cheated at locals (insert name)!

No, I mean Nova has siad there are plans for him to cover every deck in existance, so DDD is included and will be done, eventually. The same with Thunder Dragin and Orcust

It was released in the before times (5ds era), back when hard once per turns were rare since any sort of looping (infinite or temporary) required 7+ hands outside a very, very small number of niche situations.

Since you do one any way, you don't need to exclusively grab the lowest of the low hanging fruit. You often stretch to hit these bombs too. I appreciate the attempt but the execution makes me prefer it's absence

Baron De Fleur was the translated OCG name and the name we saw when it was revealed, so everyone is still in the phase if calling it what it was revealed as. Kinda like how people still call Crystron Halqifibrax "Needlefiber" just easier to say.

Baronne is French for Baronness. Baronne de Fleur is French, same as Chivalier de Fleur.
