I actually like the occassional noises of civilitation. It reminds me when I was a kid in VA, USA. My sis and I would go to these woods right next to our apartments and explore. There was a creek, a lake and a couple of tiny waterfalls from broken / excavated drain pipes from decades ago. There were hints of the creative workings from others, such as using a ladder go cross a steep creek. Like a balancing beam. Or using an old shopping cart for a jumping platform across the stream. I remember distinctly the time my sis fell off the ladder and went face first in the mud. I myself was constantly getting pricked by invasive thorn bushes. We even ran around the woods in a hurricane (don't worry we made it home in time.) Ive been searching for ASMRs of forests like this one... Because I wish to go back and have fun in the forests again.
Ask yourself what is that you fear of being alone and why Go deep into it, get a grasp of the earliest memories, go with compassion, see what memories it brings up that you've supressed and observe the meaning you've given it and realize why it doesn't make sense anymore. Don't avoid the feeling, stay with it, let yourself express your emotions, that's the only way of setting free from it, then give it a different meaning see how you can learn from that and how you can then teach it to other people who are doing exactly the same as you! Embrace your fears or emotions, don't bypass or supress them.
It is great to hear that this helps you. For inner exploration it can also be helpful to have someone to mirror your introspection when you deal with your anxiety. All the best to you.
If you're afraid of being alone, you should get off the stupid internet and get out in the real world where there are billions of people. Problem solved.
Take a deep breathe close your eyes sit on a soft area or in grass and in place where all are silent pick your headphone turn on the video......Enjoy the world of happiness
I'm trying to relax / focus with this in 7.1 but I get distracted by random animal noises aside from the smaller tweeting birds. Those larger birds are kind of scary if you don't pay attention to them

Very calming, nature is the best anti-anxiety tool. 😌
Enchanting sounds of the raven at the beginning, love it
This feels incredibly real!
Well done!
What is that sound at 8:40? Sounds like someone screaming. 😮
Beautiful way to relax after a stressful day.
absolutely amazing!
Fantastic. Listing on my Bose headphones at work and it really calms me down
Hey and Happy new year everyone, sorry for the long absence. I am studying hard at the moment but I am creating new content at the moment. ;)

Very calming, what microphone do you use for these 360° recordings?
I have listen to this like 10 times fully, and I still don't know if the distant screaming is a kid or a cat lol
Its someone ripping their sports car.
Maybe the kid is screaming because someone is trying to throw him in the waterfall 😂
This is amazing
Wow this amazing
So glad i found you
I have s phobia of being alone this makes me feel like I’m in the beautiful place but alone so it scares me

I feel great sorrow for you. Being completely alone is the one thing that recharges my battery.

The good thing is, you're never really alone, though it might feel like you are, and your 5+ senses might tell you you are alone.

Save the nature otherwise our generation would be listening all these just to experience the nature ...go green 🤘🏞🏞
buy me a Tesla 🤗 it's my dream car
The backgroundnoise from the cards seems to come from a slight left direction, i think it's a bit disturbing, might change that in the future.
relaxing
Also try the sleep music I uploaded last week. It is designed especially for people who prefer lower frequencies for falling asleep.
37:52 Hey
I think I hear the occasional children’s laughter or voice?! I love it but wonder if I am hearing things?
2:09
It's a kid being thrown into waterfall 😂
Is good
I swear i hear voices in that video
Same, I hear kids and cars.
It's an urban forest. It's very big, but sound travels pretty freely when there are not yet many leaves.
So was I???
No budget for vacation and listen to this
Vacation starts in your head. Have a great week.
Idk if its wind or something rubbing up on the mic, bit there's something annoying in the left ear around 12 minutes
Please add a river or a waterfall asmr sound to it
A kid is crying in the BG 😂
Someone is throttling their car in the background.
A child screaming for help at 8:45
It's hard to find a place in a urban forest without occasional yelling children and parents 😊 especially when recording for longer durations.
Creepy
sounds more like an upset cat

IM IN THE FOREST ALONE MOM!!!!!
Is this royalty free?
Did anyone else hear faint screaming and voices?
Distant kidnappings
Get yourself a blunt and relax outside
I wish 😂
