I love me some Ethan Klein, but his podcast is unwatchable. With peace and love, I hate his take on the Howard Stern-esque formula with all the crew being part of the show. Not because that formula isn’t great, but because his crew has grown increasingly dull. They seem like nice, folk, don’t get me wrong. But goddamn. Shut up. That, and part of the Howard Stern schtick that made it funny to include the crew was the constant abuse they took, and they’re own fucked up lives (which, actually, IS pretty awful for the crew who couldn’t take it). H3 tries to be far too hyper-positive, and any bitching is often obviously fabricated. God, and then the hyper-negativity combined with absolute ignorance Ethan has towards political and general issues. He’s blindly “woke,” and man, that’s proving more and more to be a genuinely dangerous mindset.
H3H3 got me through some horrible times. I wish Ethan would come back. Cast aside the falsehoods, bro. Just be real again, you know?
