“Teaching African refugees to program JavaScript” - Sam Hyde
How are we going to get clean drinking water to 2 billion chinese people?
*squats*

they do that, atleast this dream was realized
I love how he covered his face laughing
It's funny because it's true. In 2017, Finland was celebrating its 100th year of independence and to commemorate that, the team that was supposed to share the crowdfunded money to different Finnish organizations (veteran organizations etc.), spent 30 000€ to send a "coding-bus" to Africa. They literally went through the most deprived areas of Ghana teaching Africans how to code.
Whoever allowed this to continue to the end gave humanity a great gift
if they could they would, but they shot themselves in the foot by being a "ted TALK", whatever is said is suppose to be different
I mean, it was a Ted ex talk, not a ted talk, so he basically paid for the time.
Ted talks became so ridiculous that even the people in charge didn't know if it's serious or not
Really? This is terrible...
that little Indian guy.. thank you
The laugh after “we’re just gonna kill emmmmmm” gets me every time. Because you can tell he’s thinking “how the fuck am I still on this stage”. He literally could not believe he got as far as he did without someone trying to stop him.

Just talks.
I despise TED talks, so pretentious cirkejerks. I remember being forced to watch them in school and we had to copy them when we did our next presentation. Play with hands and arms in a forced unnatural way and all that bullshit which made me refuse, which also gave me worse grades.

@@packerman1203 same shit
@@WarningBFG-isHiring Ah, pardon me, but it seems there might be a smidgen of confusion brewing in the air. Allow me to elucidate, if I may, on the rather pertinent fact that Uganda and Rwanda, despite any perceived similarities one might hastily conclude, are indeed distinct entities deserving of their own individual recognition. You see, Uganda, with its expansive landscapes and diverse ecosystems, presents a veritable smorgasbord of natural wonders that would simply be remiss to overlook. From the majestic Rwenzori Mountains to the tranquil waters of Lake Victoria, Uganda's offerings are as varied as they are awe-inspiring. And let us not forget the captivating array of wildlife that calls this land home - elephants, lions, and an abundance of bird species, to name but a few. Quite the impressive ensemble, if I do say so myself. Meanwhile, Rwanda, often affectionately referred to as the "Land of a Thousand Hills," paints a picture of tranquility with its undulating landscapes and verdant valleys. But do not be deceived by its diminutive size, for Rwanda's charm lies not in its scale, but in its profound beauty and rich history. The Volcanoes National Park, home to the iconic mountain gorillas, stands as a testament to Rwanda's commitment to conservation and environmental stewardship. And let us not forget the poignant chapter of Rwanda's past - the tragic genocide of 1994 - a somber reminder of the nation's resilience and unwavering spirit in the face of adversity. So, you see, while Uganda and Rwanda may share a border and a certain geographical proximity, they are as different as night and day, each possessing its own unique allure and character. It is, erm, quite imperative, if I may be so bold, to refrain from lumping these two remarkable nations into the same category, for to do so would be to overlook the myriad intricacies and nuances that make them truly exceptional in their own right.
