A very dumb story. Princess is a OK cruise line. however, calling it something other than middle of the road is an exaggeration. These cruise lines should be aiming for having the best customer service This has become a real problem post corona with a lot of people that do not belong on cruise ships and exhibiting their terrible behavior.
