    I turn wrenches for 25 years, now I am starting a new career in towing business. It Doesn’t mater how much your knowledges and skills you have, with a new job, you still have to learn from others. Thanks.

    In the last vid I was thinking to myself that this is the most work you've ever shown us done in one video, and then there was a part 2. It's nice to see multiple jobs at once. The best part is that it's always something different.

      It's definitely a different setup than your average tow truck. There's still some more changes I would like to do to the layout to carry a little more gear

    I’m retired from commercial printing after 30 years and I absolutely hate it. I’ve been retired for 5 years and after watching your channel I’m going to purchase a truck to keep myself busy and make some money 💰which in my opinion are both good things.
    Thanks for the knowledge. I’ve seen hours and hours of your videos. Thx Casey.

      You better do research on it before you get into something that you didn't expect. I have seen too many ppl get into the wrecker business and end up going belly up. Having been in the business before I can tell you from experience that it ain't fun and it can be a losing money situation.

    I like how you use the soft sling around the control arm to minimize metal on metal damage. I am going to adopt this method myself. Thank you for that tip!

    • @CaseyLaDelle
      @CaseyLaDelle  3 года назад +5

      It works great and as a bonus, it's a lot easier to fish the soft sling around control arms and through tight spaces than the big metal hook on the end of the chain

      Anybody can be a driver. Don't be a driver. Take training classes and be an operator. Be professional, act professional and no matter what you operate keep it clean inside and out because you don't want a customer getting in a filthy truck if they dressed decent.

    Question, as I only watched this one so far (I'm on OTR trucking & the lifestyle just isn't working out for me): what's the fear of roundabouts?
    They all look like they had trailer aprons on them... is that problematic for tow trucks?
