Trent. I could watch your videos all day, every day. Your videos are very interesting to watch. All your drivers and operators seem so professional and well seasoned at what they do. And, it's something about that Southern California backdrop that just adds a touch of peacefulness. Keep up the good work and videos!
The 4×4 trick came about. With the old sling trucks. Prior to the invention of wheel lifts. When auto manufacturers began making cars with plastic bumpers. A 4×4 was needed to prevent damage to the bumper while towing with a sling.
Do you have any videos of the same operations being done with a flatbed? I have been doing assorted recoveries with flatbeds since they were seen as incapable of doing that type of work.
Sir Trent !!!! Good learning video for those who want to get into LITE car towing to get experience for the bigger issues down the road !!! KEEP IT SAFE !!!! HEY!!! If you haven't seen it yet ,,,on ""TWC"" ,,they have a new series called ""HEAVY RESCUE 401 """ Its filmed in Canada around the Toronto area !!! Lots of ""TATOR "" work !!!! Have it on SUNDAY nites at 2100 hr. !!!
Thanks ! Always wanting to learn more, one question though why the cheap gloves? Wouldn't leather costruction gloves be better? Better fit safer? 🌟🌟👍👍👍🌟🌟
The worse I ever did was on I-90, Dead Mans curve in Cleveland, across 2 lanes of 3, rush hour, late Jan. The car was upside down leaking gas. I stretched out my cable, went over the top of my 4' 4 x 4, One pull and she rolled right over.
Yeah you could do all that, but if you're a guy like me or one of those world strongest man from world strongest man competition then you could just grab it with your arms and flip the whole car yourself without calling a tow truck. LOL grait video my brother.
I know many more ways to roll over a car, but the methods I know will require Plaza Towing to come and put it back on it's wheels for me.

That was informative to see how you use the smaller wreckers.
Awesome video Trent
Watching this video reminds me of the many Autoclub roll over recovery classes I attended as a tow truck driver
Thanks Trent - and, Bill + crew!

You guys have invested some serious money in your business. Good job and stay safe.
Trent google Vulcan Super Cradle. It’s what I started on, could lift at a 90 degree. Old school and heavy as hell.
Nice demonstration on how to, when it’s dry..now add a nice coating of ice or a couple of inches of the white stuff and try it.....you can do it....

That (blue) CHEP pallett MIGHT be worth mote that the wrecked car.
Good video.
Cool video it was nice to see the other crew does
Could you demonstrate a reverse roll like you might use on ice where the will just slide instead of biting into the pavement?

My guess is that 1) they're effectively disposable, and 2) they'll fit anyone who might operate the wrecker.
I learned something new today.
I really enjoyed this video I was wondering how you answered those calls and be that creative on unique calls
