Went to Aida's and Sharyn's wayback 2019 and my goodness gracious. Top of the notch Filipino dishes that we can be proud of. Pls bring me back to Bacolod 🥺🥺
Underrated Bacolod:... indeed The Culinary and Gastronomic haven City...not just the Seafoods restos,Inasal,Cansi ..but also popular foods like...Piaya, Napoleones, Bacolod Batchoy, Cakes by Calea & Felicia's,
Nice work as usual. I watch, pause, find it on maps and then save it. It will be my first time in the Phillipines next Friday and i am looking forward to eating some great food. Thanks for posting. Such a valuable resource, you provide me with the knowledge and love of your food.
@@PaoMauMahal thank you sir, I’m sure I will. I’m going to catch with my buddy Arnold that lives in Cavite City who I haven’t seen for years since we worked in Qatar together. ☮️
My family and I are planning to visit Bacolod, that's where my daughter in law's family is from. I will use this as my food guide when we do our food crawl. Thanks for posting this.
I actually used your Bacolod feature from years ago as a food guide. We literally ate at every single eatery you featured. Guess we're returning, I love Bacolod and the food ❤
My dad and I ate there since 1984. I miss it so much. I also remember your Grandpa, he was a billiard enthusiast through and through. He’d always acknowledge me when at Noel’s Billiard Hall as I would him. always smiling, always relaxed. I was only 14, then, skipping classes to play then eat cansi across the street, haha!
Thank you for visiting Bacolod my mom's hometown and we also live here permanently. Thank you for showing our food to others. I admire your dedication to this.
I am a local but watching these videos still make me want to run to these restos like right now. Lol. Haven't tried Gina's yet so this is definitely next on my weekend list. 😋
While watching the Intro, how I wish you include Gina's because it's one of the best🤩 No mistake. Gina's one of the best seafood restaurant in Bacolod.
OMG! This is so inviting! I’ve been to Bacolod in the 90’s and truly their food is amazing. I come from their neighboring province by the way, Neg. Or.❤️ Must visit places the next time I get to come home. Thanks for your feature, Sir!🫶🏽
My fave restaurant by the sea is Balaring in Silay. My cousin Charmaine Campos brought me last time I went home and my goodness it was amazing. I tried Sharyns but I like Sanings cansi and Manukan country. I go home to visit my mother in Negros every 2 years. I make sure I really miss Ylonggo food before I come home. Regards, watching from cold and dreary Seattle, EEUU.

Nalala ko when we visited Bacolod last 2022 , unang bungad samin sa Aida's when they found out we're from Makati. "ahy ma'am may branch din kami sa makati cinema square" hahahaha the look in our faces 😅
Abri pa and actually it is where you can taste the best inasal , grilled bangus , pork belly , liver , grilled tanguige even the batikolon under a very simple setting.

may tanong po ako? Kailangan ba talaga kamayin yung inasal? Kasi bago ka nakarating dyan sa place na yan KUNG SAAN-SAAN KA HUMAWAK DIBA? Btw napuna ko lang, wala bang marunong humawak ng proper na pag-hawak ng kutsara dyan? Just curious .. Peace ✌✌✌😊😊😊
Been in Bacolod for a year, ang sarap ng inasal nila don. Ang laki na pala ng pinagbago ng Bacolod, very progressive and ang dami ng bagong kainan.
