I met Rebbe at a show in Austin. He was playing with Strung Out. SACK opened up and were awesome! Then Strung Out and then Lagwagon played for like two hours. After the show I met Rebbe and he was cool as f***.

This kicks ass obv, Chris rest I love you….but hearing this proves how incomparable propagandhi is! I love this project and fuck me.
So, you all played the song well, for sure. The song is about the gentrification and uniformity of the southern California takeover of punk in the 90s into a format dominated by cishet white dudes bowing to the whims of whatever Vans and any number of surf and skate companies backed by big money venture capitalists wanted punk to be at the time. Singing of rebellion and then pressuring folks who didn't conform to their ideals. It seems interesting to me to choose a bunch of southern cali cishet dudes who were in the very bands, and playing the very warped tours this song is railing against. All the mugging to the camera showed exactly how Steven and Chris especially didn't understand the point of the song in the least. Also, I could see Steven reading the lyrics, which annoys me to no end. Like, dude couldn't even be bothered to learn the lyrics first?
