hi i have a pajero 2013 model 3.5 l v6 petrol. when i turn the steerig a screetching noise comes. is it because of cold or some problem with the power steering fluid?
You can clean the oustide with degreaser, be sure not to get anything inside the pump or on the serpentine belts. To clean the inside, the easiest way is probably to flush the steering system. Here is one video, there are many on youtube - ruclips.net/video/1F4MzsTyFMo/видео.html Stay gold.

It might just be time for a new belt for the pump.
