My dad was just talking about this, he is a black belt in judo, tae kwondo and karate but he started training with wing chun and would do super fast punches whilst shadow boxing..but he overextended his punch one time and pulled his clavicle out of place lol he said it "was quite painful" thankfully chiropractors exist, so it was a fast and easy fix!

It's great that you include common errors people make so we can all be reminded NOT to do those things (drop your head, for example). That's one of the things that make your tutorials better some others. Thanks for everything, GNT!

I like shadow boxing. about 20 years. my older cousin first joined martial arts when he was 9 and I was 7 in ninjutsu. but there is no way to defeat him until years later, I've improved so much keep in contact with him as my mentor how awesome he is. I pretty much surpass him and someday we will Spar each other after all these years got me pumped up.

I'm shadow boxing to refresh my me. memoryon what I learned at my desk studios. I went to Dynamic Edge and Lewis's Boxing Gym. these are both in the United States, I know you're in the United Kingdom. You're my idol by the way, do you remember my Facebook message I sent 4 years ago? I was only 12, you inspired me beyond my beliefs and I appreciate and respect you for it. Thanks for everything Aaron. 😉💜💛

For kickboxing, taekwondo, muay-thai and wushu. May be, I will add groundwork in future and learn kudo, judo and jiu-jutsu methods. For me was very interesting see your idea to train groundwork in shadow boxing. The motherland of this techniqum this is Thailand, we all know, which muay-boran and muay-thai dont include something like that. Thank you for your job.

What am I wanting to train for? Well, I really want to take what I learn and maybe apply them in some of my films. Plus, heck, it's good to know. You never know when you may need it. Where I live I don't really need to worry about it very much thank goodness for that. But, you never know. Things can change.

hi Aaron. I realy loce taekwondo . specaily the taekwondo demonstration. I wacth video on youtube channel "RedBull" redbull kick it . I realy love the movement that thry do. my favorite on is Ingun yoo . but I did search about tricking, and what I found is. The one who created tricking is taekwondo. they make an organization in 2001 called X treme martial art.
what do you think Aaron ?

    • @GingerNinjaTrickster

Thank you and yea, he's a great kicker :)
I think it's been around longer than people think, just like parkour so it's quite difficult to place it's creation.
