Fix Your Slouched Posture with these Easy Exercises

- You don't have to be like the Hunchback of the Notredame and have a slouched posture with the exercises I show you in this video.
Fixing a slouched posture means you have to mobilise certain areas and strengthen others.
In this video, I demonstrate which areas you need to mobilise and how.
Following these mobilisations, you should strengthen other muscles. All of this is demonstrated in this video.

I'll give those a go. I had a frozen shoulder last year and am just starting to get the strength back on that side.
Perfect timing! I have always had bad posture, but I notice it getting worse by using a laptop all day at work.

For the wall exercise, my elbows don't touch the wall. How do I increase that mobility/ flexibility?
