From an experienced CDL driver... your approach to creating motor coaches far exceeds all others... and inspires me to make my future BUILD... with your help... Thank you...
FINALLY, AND THANK GOD. I HAVE BEEN WANTING A CLASS A MOTOR COACH FOR YEARS, BUT REFUSE TO DRIVE WHAT IS OUT THERE, BEING A BUS, OR LIKE A CABOVER FRONT END. BECAUSE HAVING BEEN A PROFESSIONAL TRUCK DRIVER FOR 20 YEARS, NOW RETIRED, I KNOW IF YOU GET HIT AT THE FRONT, YOU'RE THE FIRST ONE ON THE SCENE. GREAT PRESENTATION, I WILL BE HAVING YOU BUILD ONE VERY SOON.
ROLAND JACKSON I drove tractor trailers for just shy of 40 yrs and I always preferred cabover tractors just because you sit so much higher than a conventional I always thought that was the best safety edge. To each his own I suppose. I retired from Roadway. Best of luck to you!
Do you still have this in your inventory I’m seeing 08 - 14- 2018 I would like to see newer lot .... if you still nave these older homes is there a better price, also do have a slide unit with full slide on the driver side and only a small slide at the bed room maybe both side slide at the bedroom will be ok
Absolutely amazingly informative narration I could listen to him talk all night ! N this coach looks pretty dope and he hasn’t even gone inside yet ! I’m sold! I’ll take two!! Lol
As a brit born and bred my first thoughts on the outside was three main points 1/ its sat down to low in the middle 2/ the back end is gowing to be grounded on any kind of ferry ramp 3/ why a dark colour they absorb heat more than white or lighter colours. Otherwise nice looking outfit but i question its practicality another thing others have commented on 85mph ? is that salesman talk because i question the tyres to do this.
P-51 Pilot Bill Fornoff, his P-51 Mustang and Bearcat "1950's and early 1960's were painted this brown. When I see this color I always think of those two beautiful fighters. Search Bill Fornoff flying his Bearcat.
I'm pretty new to your channel but I must say I truly enjoy watching your videos, I can tell the love and passion you have when you speak in your videos! Hopefully in the near future I'll be buying one and I know whoever buys a coach from you it's going to get a well thought of made with care awesome coach! Keep up on the videos you do a great job;-)
I write from Greece. I am Greek and here, and all Europe, have mostly German motorhomes. Very good in every aspect, o.k, BUT, the last few months i see american rv's and totally i'm in love with them. This particular rv, is classic, yes, not so modern, yes again, it's for older people, let just say yes again, barely, but, again, what's the problem? It's a renegade classic, and as we say in Greece, name and thing, and is a great rv to live in permanent, especially for guys like me, alone with two British bulldogs. It's an 100% american motorcoach, far more beautiful, for me at least, from the European, even the big ones, because i see, inside, is more like a house, and less than a rv. The big European rv's have even and garage in the back and that's great but for me, this German "perfection" is cold, without personality. Your rv's have this personality. And of course nothing less than the European. I wonder, can this company makes some small changes for Europe in electric systems because we use different voltage supply?
I have just one suggestion and that involves the rear tail & brake lights. Please consider raising them higher so that their visibility is increased when you are towing a trailer or vehicle....just look at the heights some manufacturers got to on class a diesel pushers to make sure that those lights are completely visible to following traffic.
I don't think they can. They are purchasing the truck from Freightliner and that Freightliner comes with the headlights they put on all of their trucks - including this Cascadia - though, it may be possible to mount the headlights a little bit higher on the existing chassis. No way to know.
You stated traveling at 80 to 85 mph. WHERE do you find heavy truck tires rated for 85 mph?? All the tires I've been able to find are only rated to 75 mph.
Yeah Timothy, they use the worst battery bank (low cost) that you can get. They also could have put a bigger inverter and at least 1-2 more solar cells.
If you are an RVer and like water toys or fishing boats, Look into Expandacraft, a modular watercraft that stores in small spaces and converts into all sorts of different craft. Oh, and we ship all over the world.
RVs of all types are getting more and more impressive, including Renegades... Are truckers more respected when it comes to boondocking than rv-ers?.. Are stripes mandatory?.. Without the stripes, a Renegade would be more stealthy, or commercial, wouldn't it?.. Are slideouts mandatory?.. I like the idea of being able to fully use an rv without the slideouts deployed, even if it meant some minor compromises, like not having a king size bed. Would cut costs.
Two days, you say for duration of those batteries. Are they then rechargable, or do you have to get them changed after those two days? Do they wear out over time, like it's known with regular standard cylinder batteries? (No, I don't have much knowledge on how things work around those)
Truly wonderful, really would like to see a patio side outdoor kitchen on a basmt slide. space for a bbq of stove and a small sink with water. Oh and lose the carpet on the slides and cab.
IWS splits the exterior and interior videos into 2 videos. IWS is adamant in showing every feature in great detail to make sure the customer feels good about the purchase.
Great! To keep your information private. We will give you our contact info to talk to one of our salesmen. You can contact us at 1-800-376-7114 and ask for any of our motorcoach salesmen. Then we can get your full contact information. Hope this helps.
No, but you'll more than likely need to get your motor home license due to the weight and size. You can do you B license cdl. Either way, you'll have to get an A license either motor home or cdl if you plan on pulling a trailer ovet 10,000 lbs. I would imagine your motor home A license is pretty easy to get as your A license cdl gunna cost you up to $5k or more.
Although the re-designed 2018 Cascadia’s have been seen on the road; they are not yet available with all rating options the existing Cascadia offers. This is why Freightliner continues to build both versions. Renegade RV requires a few items that have not yet been approved for use in the new Cascadia. Eventually, we do expect to see the new Cascadia being available; but not until the latter half of next year. Thank you!

Introvert Freddy 4Life1972, FYI one of their trailers alone is $60K! Where are you getting this $150K - $200K from? A cheap as looking RV (not one of the nice buses) is running around $80K - $120K.
MA. John Scott...LOL...I just saw a 2013 Renegade Ikon 34 RM that was on sale for $375K. You’re probably looking at well over $1M nicely appointed with features. www.sporttruckrv.com/default.asp?page=xPreOwnedInventoryDetail&id=2161456&p=1&s=Year&d=D&vt=motorhome&fr=xPreownedInventory
No, you would not need a CDL. This not a commercial vehicle. Check your state DMV to see what license you might need for operating a RV of this weight.
A CDL is for Commercial Vehicles. An RV is NOT a Commercial Vehicle and DOES NOT require a CDL to operate, no matter what state you live in. Some states will require you to have an upgraded driver’s license for personal operation of vehicles over 26,000#, but this is not a CDL.
Was just curious if you have any experience with 48v systems such as the Volta. I intend to do way more boon docking than full service rv parks. Thanks
We do not have any experience with the 48v systems Volta offers. However we do offer great 12v systems that we can custom tailor to fit your need. We combine solar charging with large capacity batteries and have an automatic generator start system to back it up. So extended dry camping is no problem in a Custom Renegade!
Hello. This is the first I saw your video and I would like to thank you for the info. I was thinking these were just a class C , but not!! I have s class A and maybe I'll switch, who knows. Bye now.
Great coach but there is a more powerful engine available for the Cascadia. We just bought 2 tractors w/Cummins power. The horsepower rating is the same @ 600 but the torque is higher, I believe it's 2050 lb.ft. where the Detroit is 1850. I don't know what trans you're running but ours have 12 speed automatics.
I'm looking to delete this RUclips channel. You keep pushing the envelope with these fantastic coaches . On a serious note great coach fantastic colors just love listening to you telling us the details Epic is the word for this coach. I won't delete the channel until we see the interior lol

If you could tastefully put in a electric fireplace we would be players. We have a Class A Diesel bus now but we miss the flexibility of a two door cab. Especially when refueling or food stops. And we also miss the security of that Diesel engine leading the way to the impact zone. I miss tipping up the hood and seeing the whole engine. Class A pushers you only see two dip sticks, a filter or two and that’s it.
For the guys that ask.....why Don't you show the inside....etc. THEY DO.....in a seperate video that should come up next.....also......as I understand it ......as long as it's a Freightliner Cascadia chassis......no CDL required

Love Renegade RV and the IWS upgrades. Have 5 years 33 days until retirement and my very own IWS Renegade.
The explanations you provided were very informative. Learned more in 20min watching your video than I have studying about coaches in the last year!
Did he show the bedrooms or not?
omg!! i have jus changed my mind from tiffin allegro bus/ entegra anthem . love it!!!
One day.........
Amazing video, beautiful RV
Great colors it makes the coach stand out from the rest
I want to live in it permanently. Is amazing. From Greece with respect and admire.
Absolutely amazingly informative narration

N this coach looks pretty dope and he hasn’t even gone inside yet !
I’m sold!
I’ll take two!! Lol
Thanks for the good explanation, I need one like this but hope it to have a few more beds for kid's at least two
You forgot about the inside and what this Beast cost. What is the footage on this? Where can you park a beast of this size?

Wow,love the RV’S Here in England we don’t have big motor home’s would love one of these tho..
You do a great job reviewing RVs!

You stated traveling at 80 to 85 mph. WHERE do you find heavy truck tires rated for 85 mph?? All the tires I've been able to find are only rated to 75 mph.
How far do you stretch the Cascadia chassis? Ever thought about using the new e-Cascadia chassis? That I would be interested in.
Do you include wheelchair access ramps or lift?
Would be nice to go over to a LiFePO4 battery if the battery compartment is climate controlled.
Gorgeous coach.

Where can this be seen in South Florida
$600K +

Beautiful! I'll b truthful, I don't pay as much attention to the exterior video. It's manly stuff!! But the paint design is gorgeous!
Can you drive these vehicles on a normal car licence
Wheres inside pics?
I also wish you would give us a price on these beautiful coaches. I guess if I have to ask the price I can't afford it anyway.
nice set up right there
Truly wonderful, really would like to see a patio side outdoor kitchen on a basmt slide. space for a bbq of stove and a small sink with water. Oh and lose the carpet on the slides and cab.
Thanks for the compliment! We will look into that. Thanks for watching!
love it wish I could buy one now ..
Great video 👍🏽
Do you have any coaches on order that are spec'd with the "new look" Cascadia cab? If so, will it alter any of your current design practices?
Any new videos on the horizon?
Inside???

How much does it cost?
I wish you would tell the price of the coach, That you show,
Around $150,000 - $200,000 a piece
Introvert Freddy 4Life1972, I don’t think so... You can’t even buy a stock Kenworth, Volvo or Peterbuilt cab for that... you’re way off!

It should have an outside kitchen.
nice
I don't give a fucking shit what color my coach is. I respect any color they use on coach I like all different colors you see on RVs. Does this coach have under floor storage?

I would buy one if it had a Peterbilt 389 nose on it
why make a long video but refuse to show inside are you selling empty coaches.
All that talk about the paint and storage compartments and nothing about the inside????
