Approach angle is great, but the departure angle makes this rig just eye candy as a true off road rig.

It's a good start, but there are too many things that are just typical RV and not really off-grid or expedition vehicle like. The liquid springs suspension is fantastic and I was hopeful at that point, but it went down hill from there. Don't try to marry a class C RV (or whatever this qualifies for) to the idea of an expedition vehicle. Look at GXV Hilt, Supertramp Megatron, Rossmonster Baja, and other players in that price range. The solar and battery power is underwhelming for sure. Ditch the generator and use that space for a better power package. Nobody wants to be off-grid and then having to run a generator. The grey and black tank are not insulated. Ditch the black tank in general and go with a cassette toilet, dry-flush, or wrapon.
Sorry, but this is eye-candy that cannot actually live up to the expectations in my opinion. It's a great RV, but it has nothing in regards to what it pretends to be.

Thanks for the comment. The price on this coach, as equipped is $314,950.
It's important to note that the Veracruz is Renegade's entry model to the Super C lineup. This gives you a great starting point for something you can take off road and go more places than most RVs. If you want to do a custom electrical system such as bigger batteries, inverters, and solar panels, we can do that at IWS for you. It just isn't a Renegade Factory option for now. But you have all the bones there to make it what YOU want with the great chassis, elevation off grid bits, and liquid spring suspension. Give us a call if you want to order your Veracruz!

I like the ability to raise slightly. We have a USFS campground that has a 6 mile rocky road that I have to reach with a robust high clearance 4x4, those endless swales make you count down the endless 1/10s of a mile watching the fish hatchery truck go up there. I dream of being a camp host up there, this may make it possible! Cheers, Davey

I bought a stock 2024 and absolutely love it It drives really well. only thing I really miss is the lack of inboard arm rests on the cab seats. I purchased a stand alone console and set it on the floor platform and it solved the issue. I think the arm rests should be standard

Secondly, why have any on board gas?
You have the latest lithium batteries, solar power, on board generator and the truck alternator, when you don’t have plug in power.
Why is the heating system not a diesel/electric, like the latest systems. I would not want Propane at all.

If I wanted to upgrade my lithium batteries to 200ah could you do the work? I would go out & buy the three batteries and three more solar panels to replace the offered batteries and enhance the solar package. While doing the off-grid suspension upgrade would you also upgrade the batteries/solar?
Also want to change the toilet to a composting toilet - I again would buy the products if you would install.
The water heater runs off electric or propane, correct?
And, about how much would that cost & would the wait time run longer than 6 mos?
By the way I do like the Vera Cruz - want something to drive comfortably into Alaska?
    Thank you.
