I figured out your method, Chuck: you're a storyteller at heart, and that's why someone could sit through every one of your videos, start to finish, then want to come to Idaho to do business with you. Extremely nice coach Chuck good colour match inside and out I do like the flat panel cabinet much nicer than the raised panels that everybody else is doing . My wife likes the two plugs on the countertop wall backsplash. Keep up all the good videos me and my wife have been following you since you started in the RV business. Love the coach, but really love the chassis. I'm a retired truck driver and would love to buy one. I brought a 2020 Thor Windsport 33x last January, and it's a real handful to drive with the ford 53 chassis. But the living area is nice an bedroom is large. Nothing that compares to this 2021 Renegade though. Thanks for the great video Gary McKeand

Very organized and well thought out presentation. The lithium battery upgrade is nice as well as the contemporary inside decor. I would really like to see a televator in a signature series (38’-40’ chassis)...maybe someday. Thanks for the video Chuck.

Nice choice of colours, much more contemporary. I would also do a more modern sofa/armchairs, but as you said, that is my personal preference, not everybody may like it. It is nice to see how your designs get little by little more modern, more European, sleek and luxurious looking (rather than the "grandma" dark style so popular among some Americans). Great solution for the silverware. LOVE IT!

I just watched your video. I grew up in Western Canada doing year-round motorhoming (Yes it gets to -40 in the winter) and as an adult, "lived" on tour busses as a touring musician. Your motorhome is amazing and the one feature I loved the most was the enrty way with the space for shoes. Very impressive work overall.

I’m currently at a campground in Polson, MT in my first RV, a 26’ travel trailer. When the guy next to us left yesterday I got a view of the dude on the other side of him who happened to be driving a Renegade XL. I’d never heard of them, so I looked them up on my phone, and as my wife would say, ‘went down the rabbit hole’. I scoured their site, and then went to RUclips where I came across one of your videos. I’ve since devoured about 5 hours of your content. Your RVs are magnificent, and your videos are extremely informative and very well produced. I’m also amazed by your company’s dedication to customer service. I was under the impression that a travel trailer was the way to go, but I think you’ve sold me on motor coaches. I’ve also watched your video on explaining Class A vs Super C, and I think I’m sold on the truck chassis as well. Even though I’m in Eugene, OR, I would gladly drive to ID to buy from you. Keep up the excellent work!

This is absolutely beautiful from the colors, the layout, everything! The only thing that I would change but by far is not a problem would be the back splash. I am more of the glass rectangle tan/desert colors design. Thank You for the awesome video and detail explanation.

First american motor coach without too old fashioned interior that I've seen. I like it a little more because of that.
Still, I would love to see some serious modern interior design like we see on boats these days. Motor coaches these days look my great grandmothers kitchen at times.

😲 incredible, this was the second video I've watched from IWS. I had left one question in the comments on the previous video. Surprisingly, Chuck answered my question in the very beginning of this video, lol.. It was about the CDL requirement. The more videos I watch, the more I see this companies dedication to " Customer Service " something that's quickly becoming a lost art with other businesses. Thank you Chuck, you're extremely knowledgeable about your products, I plan on making a trip to Idaho in the very near future.

Chuck continues to improve upon these videos, packing more relevant information into them, focusing on the things prospective buyers want to learn about these rigs. Lastly, kudos to Chuck for his tongue-in-cheek joke reference at ~23:00 mark when he says, "Sometimes it DOES run uphill!" LOL!!

I have to say, I'm appreciative of your passion, and I'm a fan, and as prospective customer. I have an entry level toyhauler (we all have to start somewhere, retirement is imminent). My goal is a super C toter and a stacker, that's how I want to travel.
Over all I like the motor home. We had a 2006 2400SM for 14 years. I loved the power of the 12.8L Mercedes diesel. We didn't care for the "all electric" feature though for cooking. If we wanted to make breakfast we had to fire up the generator which disturbed people near us in Forest Service campgrounds. We would have really liked to have a propane cooktop and oven.

Great review. Love the collision mitigation system ! My 2019 Rogue SV AWD has those features.
With Gray Flexsteel Furniture I prefer double sofas that make into beds and are closest to the Cab with U shaped booth with extendable table/sleeper on the drivers side, Handicap aisle so when it is closed up a wheel chair can easily move through the RV, a Bunk with electronic powered top bunk, no T'Vs in the bunk area with 2 generous drawers under bottom bunk. I also prefer the Whirlpool stainless steel Fridge/ bottom freezer on drivers side after the Table Booth, All Kitchen doors with sliding shelves, Large Pantry with sliding drawers behind door, a convection oven, Conduction burner with 2 gas burners on stove, One large sink with Dishwasher, Stackable Washer and dryer with linen closet with extendable shelf for folding towels, I like all the electronics in one area like shown here. I like the 5 year service , Advantage package with iPad with all the handy videos/ Genius idea :) (. I don't like the fridge by the Cab as I want everyone up front to enjoy the experience together) I would want both Cab Chairs to swivel and recline to use with the sofa's seating and no step up from cab but flush with RV flooring ... Should sleep 8 . Upper Cab bunk should easily hold 500# - 700#s, I would like to have a Quality massage chair in the Cab area that is also heated and cooled/ and swivels to face living area, ample foot area on passenger side of cab....One of the sofa's should have extendable foot rests much like a recliner but full seating and not divided like I have seen elsewhere,. 1 1/2 baths, double sink vanities, masserating porcelain toilets, Large two toned Tiled Shower in master bath with full seat with a grab bar and water saver ( handicap shower not necessary but grab bar is ) , Heated floors, Air Conditioning, Ceiling fans in living room and Master Bedroom, MIni King Bed is great, Powered window shades, Windows on side of bed but not at the head of bed, Courtesy floor lighting, inhouse floor vacumn, cedar lined closets, 2 TVs : one in Master Bedroom and the other access from the Living room area, Fireplace, Mirrored Hutch for photos, etc. Also, a handicap entrance with no hardware inside RV but stored under the floor, Outside the RV pass through storage with sliding platforms, outside TV for watching the game, etc, Sink with sprayer, Freezer , back up cameras, Full Slides, Slides in Master Bedroom, Ability to boon dock when necessary. Solar, Propane, Gas, electric/ all options?, All of this in a Super C ??? LOL.... Not a dream because all things are possible..... I really enjoy your video and value your attitude to service and making the client's needs at the forefront of your focus.... Makes perfect sense goin with the dd13 instead of the dd15 or 16. Because you don't need that much extra. And with the shorter hood like you said. You can see better. 500+ horse is more then enough for that. I work for a freightliner dealer in Boston ma so I know these motors.
