don't get this wrong..... when they get old... there is a chance of having it... 1. kidney diseases non-reversible... 2. this is living hell from that animal's POV..... cause he can't say, how painful it is. you can see that from those eyes. he is living without purpose..... he is not your pet anymore. you are trying to keep it as an ornament... my dog had the same disease and died from it. I tried to save him. but one day I realized that pain from some random man who had the same situation. he said to the nurse, "Please let me go".....those words penetrated my brain so badly. how do our pets tell it us?? that's why he's trying to avoid going to the vet. but we force them. I clearly know one thing... he befriended suffering and emptiness.... we don't know what the destination looks like. again...this is not a hate comment.... good luck with your photography journey... 😊😍
I hear you and I'm sorry to hear that your dog also passed from Kidney Disease...it's a very sad illness that, you're right, so many pets get. I've learned that 80% of cats over 15 get Kidney Disease. Simon has crossed the rainbow bridge and is hopefully in peace now and free of pain. Thank you for sharing your experience.
