Following Traffic Directions On The Independent Driving Test
This video focuses on the independent driving section of the UK driving test. However, it contains useful information enabling you to drive independently, following road signs and road markings, anywhere in the world As part of the UK driving test, you will be asked to drive independently, without any instructions from the examiner, for about 20 minutes.
80% of the candidates will be asked to follow directions given by a satnav, and the remaining 20%, will be asked to follow direction signs. This section is not a memory test, you do not need to know the area. The purpose of the independent driving section is to demonstrate, to the examiner, that you can drive, independently without any instructions. It can be requested at any time during the test. However, first of all, the examiner will ask you to pull up on the left somewhere conveniently safe. Once you’ve stopped the examiner will say something along the lines of: “Shortly, I’d like you to drive for some distance independently. I would like you to follow the traffic signs towards Slough, please. Continue to follow the signs unless I tell you otherwise. Drive on when you’re ready”
    00:00 Introduction
01:18 The wording used by the examiner
01:48 What to look out for

A very good video to help you with driving correctly. I appreciate the efforts you put into this video.
However, You mentioned MSM a lot but didn't say what it means. Remember that some people are new to driving and don't know all. Please 🙏 don't always assume that everyone should know, it would have been nice even once to say the meaning of MSM. This is my opinion please.
    Thank you.

Hello. You can do a mock test at any stage of yorlearning. However, I would advice waiting until you can drive without any help from your instructor
