I just bought one a week ago. So far nothing is turning out like it should. The sweet potato fries stayed limp and tasted like they wedone after I kept increasing the time; same with frozen breaded chicken nuggets. Put a Peppridge Farm puff pastry apple turnover in and followed directions for air baking...never did puff up and stayed doughy inside. What's wrong?
Does this come with a splash guard the one I purchased from Best Buy did not have one. I have noticed them some users do have a splash guard. Called company and customer service knew nothing about a splash guard I have the dt201

@@NinjaKitchenUS You should know more about your own products! This is a very strange inconsistency in your machine. I too purchased one that does not have a splatter guard and all the videos that I have seen have them on the model I purchased. I called Ninja/Shark 3 times and spoke to 3 different people. NONE of them knew about the splatter guards on the fan in the back inside of the oven. I feel like this would be an important piece as it keeps grease out of the fan. There is a big problem at Ninja. Also, the DT201 I purchased is actually a DT200. Look on back of your machine. Too many inconsistencies! I love Ninja products, but this has given me pause and a lot of frustration that could have been avoided at customer service level. Please resolve this issue for your loyal customers.

Ninja- I love your oven- all of the functions work so very well. It is fast and efficient. BUT please make a cleanable interior! It is IMPOSSIBLE to retain the nice silver finish. Trust me I did everything you said after every use. The problem is that the metal stains, the stains are not surface grease but permanent. Soft cloth wiping is really pointless to deal with this. It looked really bad after only two weeks of normal family cooking. I think everyone would prefer to pay a bit more for a quality cleanable interior. Now instead of being proud of my oven I dread that anyone should look inside it. I want to buy the outdoor oven but I think it will have the same problem.

Does this oven have any PTFE/PFOA on any of the parts or pans? I have a parrot and this will kill him if it does.
