While this moc is, amazing. I own the set and have for almost 2 years, and I still love it, i don't think it's a bad set.
It isn’t, it’s just disappointing that the legs have barely any movement
honestly, this moc is even better than the new hulk buster released recently.
now you need to do the same for the UCS hulkbuster!

Hey I was able to build both versions, using the two sets you talked about. And the mark 2 is better looking, and more solid and more sturdy than the first moc, and has room for a full minifig, as well as rotating waist
That’s awesome but I prefer the look of the first hulkbuster this one has been sat on my self for years now and I’d say it’s solid the detail makes up for the fact a minifig can’t get In it

This is what I was expecting when they first released the hulk buster in Lego form absolutely perfect and awesome. But how's the possibility. I feel like those shoulder joints would be get loose after a while with all those bricks.
i really like that build i watched Ranson Ferns videos about hulk busters they looked so cool i hope lego looks at the mark 1 on this video and makes that but 2x bigger! that would be soooo cool

I am currently building this. The set looks fantastic so far, however, it is not a perfect build. There are some pieces missing. I see you ran into a similar issue with the dark grey piece used to prop the hulkbuster helmet. I also ran short of 1 x 2 dark red pieces. I will plug away and hope for a decent end product.
At least it’s better than the recently released one
I managed to pick up the Ultron set for £80 and just trying to get a Hulkbuster smash from eBay sometime. Can't wait to put this moc together.
The official UCS Hulkbuster is a disgrace. It genuinely looks like a knockoff brand designed it. The fact that the design got approved still confuses me to this day.

@16 John Dylan V. Obligacion usually ucs sets are from starwars but they also made a ucs Batman tumbler.

its good but i prefer the old design, it inclues the light, you can play with it, it has paper instructions, can fit the entire minifig inside, and overall i just like the old look

it's a lot nicer..... but lego prioritize playability and niceness unlike moc builders who are usually a mix bags that prioritize looks over function...... although that doesn't disregard how terrible the proportion were on the lego set

The Hulkbuster was the biggest let down in MCU history
All it did was break a couple teeth

The default set doesn't look that bad. Sure it could have been better but it still looks better compared that the UCS set that we just got recently.
