Dear John Lord. My husband recently passed to the other side. His name was Graham Bernard Thomas Duggan. We used to watch your channel together but now I watch it alone ( not really, because Graham is still with me). We had planned to go to Ireland, his father's birthplace, but his health issues prevented it. One day I hope to cross the pond and visit your beautiful country and, if possible, your garden.
I have been a professional gardener for almost 25 years, and I learn something every time I watch your videos. Plus I have a great time, and pick up lots of fun new expressions! Thanks from the Pacific NW in America.
Most gardeners say things like, 'gently tease the roots apart' - not John, he decimates it with a pickaxe! And we all know that by June it will look amazing 😄
I love the way John gardens!! there’s no other youtube channel that makes me feel quite as energised to go out in the garden and tackle a few of those harder jobs…even when it’s 10 pm! 😂 can’t wait to see how spectacular this new bed turns out.
As a new gardener your channel is one of my favorite. From the amount of plant information to the practical how to demonstrations. I love that you show that rearranging plants is not a big deal (do the thing and if you don't like it move it). Not only that but you can use a pick axe instead of babying them with some white gloves.
We just love John Lord so we will settle down with him on this Sunday evening. We marvel at his knowledge of plants 🪴 and everything he knows about gardening 👩🌾.Can’t wait to watch.Happy Sunday everyone and happy gardening 👩🌾. Have a great weekend.Would love to meet this man 👨.Till next time.🧑🏻🌾🧑🏻🌾🧑🏻🌾🍀🍀🍀🍀🧑🏻🌾🧑🏻🌾🌸🌸🌞🌞🌞🌝🌝🌝🌝🌝🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🍄🍄🍄🍄🍄🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🌷🐚🐚🐚🪺🪺🪺🪺🪺🪺🪺🪺☘️☘️☘️☘️🪵🪵🪵🪵🪵🪵
Always great to see a new episode of John Lord's Secret Garden! There is an "Acer Palmatum Shin-Deshojo Japanese Maple" in the park down the road from where I live. I checked the details on the little sign at the base of the tree this morning while I was walking my dog. A couple of weeks ago the colour was very bright - like John said. It was a tomato red. Now it is has faded to a lovely coral pink. That new bed looks great. Look forward to seeing how it looks in the summer.
Whenever I have to divide or transplant something, I think of you and your pickaxe. Mine broke, but i am no longer afraid to wack something in half with my garden spade. I just think "what would John lord Do" and it always works !
Lovely plants in the beginning of your walk...going to look stunning come summer....but please water and stake those delphiniums as theyre so delicate to thrashing la nina winds we are having.😊jo
I’ve got a small acer called Shania. It was fine in a pot and now it’s in the ground and some of the tips keeps dying back! Can I save it? Please help. It’s purple and in part shade. X

Best television gardener, hands down! We can't get enough of you, John Lord. Keep well and swinging that ol' pick axe!
Always amazes me how John destroys the plants and the ground yet everything grows beautifully. A true Master Gardener!
