    Great idea with the focus on protein. ❤ Is there a chance you can do something similar with iron. Many people and in particular women are more iron deficient than protein deficient.

    Yes, thank you for talking about protein! Ever since I became vegan, all I have heard from people that aren't vegan, is make sure you get protein! I'm like my protein is good, I get regular checks and all my results have been the best ever since becoming vegan! Love the recipes thank you 😊

    Loved this video!! Such a great idea, I really struggle with my daily protein intake and find that I am always quite low so this is amazing!!     It's so interesting to see such a familiar ingredient in this video. One interesting thing if you would like to know: in Croatia people use Vegeta as a spice in basically everything instead of other spices.

    What is your view on protein powders and is it better to just get protein from foods?
    And I love soy milk but doesnt love me and my thyroid.

      whole food is always best but protein powder is a great way to get additional and help meet gaps 🤍

    I really enjoy your content, but I also feel reassured that you have the qualifications behind what you 'preach', if that makes sense?! There are so many 'influencers' out there now that are flogging cook books, or products, fitness programs etc etc, but they don't really have the qualifications and they lack credibility. You have that perfect baance of relatability, but I also feel like I can trust your advice so much xx

    Those 'eggs' look delicious! If you topped it with nutritional yeast even more protein! haha I get 50% of my protein by adding heaps of nutritional yeast to everything ! haha

    I would wash the produce first. Chery tomatoes are not necessarily clean just becouse they are in a plastic container. Just sayin'

      really? chickpeas, beans, tofu? they’re not high in fat, and what concerns you about fat, fat is a healthy part of a balanced diet, helps keep you full too
