The #1 thing that will kill a lithium ion jumper is heat, don't ever leave them in the car or truck during summer heat. I learned the hard and expensive way more than once 😆
Topdon has great products. I have the TB8000 battery charger & monitor and it works fantastic! The jump box looks like another great product from them .
To, be fair. I bought a NICCO jump box. It, was just like yours, just different name brand. After buying and only wall socket charging, I could jump 7-9 vehicles, no problem. I ruined mine, charging it in my truck with a "cord" that would fit it. After that, one jump and it was dead. Turned out the factory charging cord, blocked certain frequencies. Not, bashing TOPDON. Maybe, you can do whatever, with them. Just, be cautious. At least, always use the factory cord.
Not sure but all these vehicles were 100% dead. Most people just needing a jump box would be in same boat. If you got a car that needs long cranking then they often kill the best of best jump boxes. We deal with that every now and then.
I have the NOCO 150 and it claims 3000A, dont know if its true but i can say that both my 2000 f250 batteries were dead dead (left the headlights on for 3 weeks) i put it on one battery, cycled the glow plugs twice (mid 20*) and it spun it over like both batteries were full charged. It won me over right then and only consumed 2 bars of charge out of 5, been had it 2yrs and may use it every 3-4 months and has always maintained its charge…..so far….but it wasnt $100 by no means lol
Great thing to have in roadside assistance package
Forsure

thats pretty good but those cars started rite up.wonder how it would do on a will it run vehicle that needs multiple long attempts to start it.

That’s pretty good man diesels take a lot of power to turn over
Please, never charge on a vehicle power port or without the original charging cord. Ask me, how I know.
Most jump boxes are designed to charge on a vehicle power port though. What happened to yours?
