One thing that annoyed me in the last game was defenders giving up chances and calling for offsides in the middle of play. There is VAR, you know anything even close to offsides will be reviewed, play the damn whistle. On Everton's second goal half the team put their arms up and looked at the flag ref before the ball even hit the guy's head and went into the net, and later on in the game Konsa stopped sprinting for a couple of seconds to appeal for offsides on a 1v0. I really would like to see the defenders stop appealing for calls so much and just play the game.

They care, I think you’ve taken this further than is needed. Mat’s mic was a total freak issue, never once have I seen that happen in 5 years. John doesn’t have issues ‘every stream’ it’s been maybe 4 episodes in the last couple of weeks, generally his connection is good. You don’t know them anywhere near enough to say they ‘don’t care’ they 100% do. This pod doesn’t exist without them

I listened to that Q&A and you two sounded like such company men discussing why it was right to focus on the JD celebration (the boy quite clearly has ADHD) rather than a 'boring' 3-0 win in Villa's first ever champions league game, in which 2 goals were disallowed. Understandable why Unai would be pissed at the journo's. Trying to use a great moment for the club to bring it down amd garnish a few more clicks of your ad ridden website.
Im usually really supportive of the pod and all who are on it. Really enjoy it, always like and comment just ahappen to disagree with the excuse given this time.

i don’t care about wolves one bit, i felt it was more heated between us in the 90’s when bull played for them, but since the millennium nothing from our side, it’s always been them and the baggies that try and make more of it. jealousy is a real thing lol SOTC
