Dandelion Honey

Everyone in my family has a sweet tooth. No wonder I even have to make honey like a diligent bee. In this video, I make our favorite one, dandelion honey. It's actually a syrup, and even though it's not made by bees, we like to call it honey because we eat it like honey. It is very delicious in tea, cakes, or on buttered bread with a mug of hot chocolate.
What you need:
500-600 heads of dandelion (or as many as you prefer)
enough water to cover the flowers
sugar - twice the amount of the water
2x2 little spoons of citric acid
