The only part I would add to is regarding meditation. It doesn't always bring you pesce. If you have unsettling energies in your chakras, meditation doesn't make them disappear but instead, brings them to the surface, and kind of forces you to deal with them. It's why a lot of people chose not to meditate or sit in silence. Becauae it brings the negativity to the surface and express itself.

PURPOSE, in my view, is what does a person LOVE to do. My father told me to find what you LOVE so you won't have to work a day in your life. 1st I asked mysef, do you want to be outside or inside. Outside was my answer, then i continued to search for the LOVE. Service for others was one thing i knew i wanted to do. So, 26yrs coaching football was the passion i chose. Teaching and being a student listening to childrens view on things was the best path i took. Financially wasn't the goal, but i got what i needed every step of the way.... I've watched this several times and I can wholeheartedly agree with everything she has said. I've witnessed and experienced the third eye awakening. I have to say that one thing I disagree with is that, once the third eye is open is can be a dangerous experience for you.Why? Because once you are a danger to society you become a target, being uncontrollable is frowned upon in the system, therefore they need to find ways oppress you

Not only that but it opens you up spiritually. Depending on where you are at (psychologically/toxic abusive environment), you may start to see entities as well.
When I meditated for a year, I started lucid dreaming, Astral projecting without even intending it. I only wanted to meditate for peace. Shortly after, I kept getting visits from my ancestors. It wasn't until I gave my life to Christ until all the nonsense stopped.
Only now when I meditate does it have it's practical purpose since then.
It’s puzzling to me how people give credit to positive voices in their head and use them as a guide….then call negative voices schizophrenia. Life is spiritual; negative, violent voices are from the enemy. The biggest deception is to ignore the demonic realm.

Hard to achieve true calmness when you're consistently being targeted for abuse. We can't underestimate the effects of White Supremacy on our psychology development. Interesting conversation!
Agreed we should never underestimate the effects of the fantasy of white supremacy and the practice of racism that is at war against us. However, it is with understanding this dynamic that we'll grasp how important it is to learn the tools and practices that can aid us to recognize, reduce, and/or eliminate the resulting stress within us. We should not let it control us, deplete our energies, or abrade our bodies. We won't be able to properly protect ourselves or fight against this system if we do.
Once you have the methods and tools that work for you, they become easier to apply and more effective in results. And I have to add, you'll know you've made progress when your response to a repeating situation leaves you calm, cool, and collected, when the same situation previously created inner anger and frustration. What makes it even sweeter is seeing the utter frustration in the POP (person of pallor) who created the situation: who sought to feed their twisted soul by feasting on your hurt; your anger; your frustration; your losing control and raising your voice; your tears; your blood pressure rising; your brain so inflamed your tongue was tied and unable to respond with lucidity and speak what needed to be spoken.
Yes, when you practice on the regular at the time that it's needed the tools will kick in. How sweet it is to turn the tables on those predators! You'll be in control, have that true calmness, and you will be able to shield yourself from much of the most damaging effects of racism.

Honestly I’ve always been skeptical about this. But some of the things she talks about I’ve experienced. The best way to describe it is the feeling of someone who passed but is still around. It’s like visiting their home. You feel the feelings that you felt when they were around suddenly. Also feel the same way when I pass a place which was a place where a lot of pain took place. For instance driving through the south places like Alabama I can feel the pain in the land itself just being there. You feel the people that may have passed there. Here in the south I recall driving through an area and feeling this way only to find out it was a former battlefield of the civil war. You can feel pain which occurred. It’s weird but it’s a real feeling.
That’s called residual energy

I dont believe i have ever tried opening my third eye. Yest, everything she deacribed in terms of awareness is how i am. I've been this way all my life. It bothers even me sometimes. Sometimes i just want to be but its almost as if I'm nudged when certain energy is near.
I'm a musical artist. I've been hearing crazy frequencies since i can remember. I'd always ask, "Did you hear that?". And others cannot. I've also seen and felt "strange" things. It's like a double-edged sword. "Dangerous", because it may be a shock to someone, but SO safe, if someone is in control of themselves. I've already had Astral projections. VERY exciting.
When I first started getting voice I was like wtf. Lol. I thought I had schizophrenia. I just started talking to my crew and asking for guidance. Best thing ever.
