My family dynamics gave me the spiritual ascension. The deep ingrained anger and resentment I had to work through, made me feel like I was going mad. The dark night of the soul isn't a easy lesson to go through. But the reward of healing is a gift from God and my ancestor's. And I'm so grateful for my lessons because I ain't looking to come back here again..... yep you can miss me with some of them lessons. 😁🤷♀️🙏

I absolutely adore her! I had my ascension through a mental breakdown (or many of them). I was tired of being depressed and bound by what wasn’t working in my life and I didn’t want to off myself yet. In the darkest moment I realize that I had to change. The worse, yet best time. I’m on a new journey.
More power to you. I'm being pushed to make changes now my work is being affected and I so want to leave to fulfil my dream of self employment my sex life is affected I've stopped smoking 2days now need to get training again eating better ties in with better lifestyle changes. Anxiety is my bug bear but met a woman who has infact faced the same challenges as me and has overcome them actually if not worse and works for herself and is very socialable. She makes me challenge myself and not be so hard on myself. I push through awkward moments to challenge my social fears. Instead of no I now say yes and eveytime I say yes it's so uncomfortable. Can you believe part of my life requires me to be a public speaker but I lack confidence in every area of my life its a absolute headache

@@sprig6043 I feel you. Part of my career requires me to be a public speaker too and I’ve done it so many times now, yet I have so much anxiety every time I present. It really effects the work I produce too, because I’m highly critical of myself and feel like everyone thinks I’m stupid. It’s not true, but it’s hard to stop the negative thoughts sometimes and believe in my capabilities, the way others do.

I can say losing my mom at the end of 2020 broke my heart and caused me to ascend spiritually but I’m grateful for it all, 👁 see clearly now.

i experienced an ego death brought on by an extensive use of herbal substances in hopes of healing my pain from a breakup, which caused me to go into a state of psychosis, so literally all of my worlds (physical, mental, and emotional) collapsed all at once and i saw everything for the first time. it was a freeing yet daunting experience.
This is very true! I experienced spiritual awakening right after the death of my mom due to cancer. I was devastated, cried for days and weeks.. and suddenly something weird happened to me! I experienced things I never knew they existed like astral projection, kundalini, opening to psychic world and many other things that I can’t recall now. My life was turned upside down but I suddenly changed to a more empathic person who cares a lot about others, animals, plants, environment.. etc.
Sometimes suffering can lead to bigger and better things.
Mental breakdown is a symptom of emotional or spiritual sickness. Its like going to the Dr for a symptom and he tells you you need to start meditating. It is a symptom telling you the life and decisions you've made are not worth your emotional and spiritual health. To start living life according to what you've learned from the breakdown - you need to do to be emotionally free and spiritually safe.

Well, shit.
That explains the last 6 months better than any other possible explanation. I truly thought I was knocking on the door of a mental illness that causes me to live in an alternate reality that only exists in my head.
I think my 3rd eye opened spontaneously back in February, this year. The fear, anxiety and stress I was experiencing was mortifying. After about 2 months and feeling like my mind was going to cause a massive heart attack or major stroke I came across a clip that spoke of symptoms of 3rd eye vision. The downside and what it can do to the human body if not prepared to comprehend what can be seen and felt is alarming. I tried to find a way to close and instead found a way to balance it. It worked almost immediately and I do a maintenance balancing everyday. If I miss a day I start to feel the fear and anxiety again.
Life is so weird.

The trauma makes people Astral project. Astral projection is different to spiritual ascension.
Ascension occurs when you transcend the limitation , Astral projection sees body as limitation.
Body is heaven where all the alchemy takes place .

I would love some tips from her for working the discomforts & grief
I went through a traumatic experience, I only repeat the story when I feel it’s necessary as it brings it into the now if repeated.
I had to pull my consciousness into the now all the time. I didn’t know this at the time, I honestly wanted to die.
I ended up on medication that made the experience dormant for a number of years. I had a son in that time and he had issues since he was born. Wasn’t until he was about 7 and I met my twin flame, with my twin flame came everything that didn’t belong to the surface. I then had to face the past experience head on!
Long story short, I now connect to spirit, see people’s stuff, feel “negative” attachments either with people or in homes, have these glimpses of oneness (no word can explain the experience, as soon as I try and label the experience, it’s gone) and ever since I acknowledged my stuff, my son never had an issue ever again.
He’s 15 now. We talk about what he was going through, he tells me what he was seeing at that time and if hes gifted (his choice to follow it or not) he’s perfect for it because he plays no mind for what he was seeing.

True. It happened to me when i was 6 when my father died in a moto accident, i saw a big sun sending me flowds of energy and information mainly telling that death does not exist and later when i was about 27, after a car accident i felt my real me, my energetic body and saw on the other side beings coming to me and i became for a while extremely sensitive to others thoughts and pain.. i had other experiences too.

I actually experienced this. I've always experienced certain spiritual things, but when my father passed away, which was a very painful experience, I could see my father and his ancestors whom I've never known and seen before clear as day. It felt so real! I will never forget that.

I had a mental breakdown, or something, 10 years ago. Still can't follow most conversation. Very difficult to see any positives to the experience even now. It's wrecked my life.
Can you explain a mental breakdown and why it happened?
Change your diet and start SEEK knowledge. Stop nyam colonial people foods (diary, pork, fish and sicken etc etc) and the processed foods. The cleansing of your third eye allows ascension and clarity.
