🔥🔥Powerful Yahki ✊🏾 This is where I’m at on my journey. Last year I tried to promote trichology-(hair loss, and scalp disease/disorders). I noticed my business didn’t takeoff the way it should have and I introduced something new to my city (Salisbury, NC) so I have to elaborate on what I do. Well when I fast forward to now and I think back, I was not aligned with the message I was putting out there for people to receive. I was unhealthy I was not exercising nor eating properly. Now I can say I exercise on the daily basis at least three times a week, I juice natural fruits and eat a plant-based diet. I will soon be promoting my craft again. Thanks to Yahki Awakened for giving me a better innerstanding of my craft! Now It’s time to get in the field! 💪🏾❤️🙌🏾

He’s right about the vanity spirit, i started working out to lose weight, i accomplished that .. then i focused on building more muscle mass, i accomplished that .. I then started getting more attention and compliments which caused my ego to inflate . I’ll literally stop whatever I’m doing just to go look in the mirror , but I’m starting to focus more on the spiritual side of it

In the process of healing and removing negative people, places, habits, thoughts and situations, as well as healing trauma it manifests in my physical body. Healing the physical by diet and walking in nature 30 mins a day it reflects as well.

@rattlesnake1fulit's good enough for THAT PERSON in THIS MOMENT. You have no idea where this person started & what they're dealing with in their life right now.
30 minutes a day is excellent for some people. Especially out in nature. You never know... this person may be so strapped for time & under so much daily stress, that doing ANY exercise more strenuous than walking might be more harmful than helpful.
This can apply to men as well.

That’s why I love doing cardio and endurance workouts more than weight training because I want to have more stamina when I get older. I don’t want to be struggling not being in shape. I can already feel my metabolism slowing down at 26 years old now.

    • @sonja4164
      @sonja4164 Год назад +2

Having healthy brain functioning, healthy muscle mass, strong bones & strength will aid when we get older, too, and we get that through resistance training. In fact, research shows we need good cardio AND resistance training, but that resistance training is more important as we age.
Resistance training improves the metabolism too. The more muscle we have, the higher the metabolism. Something to think about.

Yeah regarding the hot and cold therapy. I live in San Francisco and this dude just put me on game there’s a sauna spot next to the bay in fisherman’s wharf. So you can go right from the sauna into the ice cold ocean water. I’m so pumped to try it.
I swim out there in the summer with no wet suit. But it’s a no go in the winter cuz the body can’t get back to normal temperature by itself after a 20 min swim.
I crank tf out the steam room 7 nights a week w dummy eucalyptus and peppermint oil. The sauna is great for deeper sweats too.
But the ice baths / ocean or unheated pool swimming is on a whole other level.
    Can’t rec it enough.
Gotta get acclimated tho. There’s a large learning curve. Start with quick 1 min submersions. I puked the first time I hit an ice bath with 10 bags and tried to thug it out for like 10 min 💀💀💀
Thanks for the awesome content my entire identity is veggie juice and breath work in the sauna so I rock w it haha

He's flawed in his understanding of lactic acid. It doesn't send your cells into an anaerobic state. It's the result of exceeding aerobic capacity and is the product of glycolysis as the body cells exceed the capabilities of the aerobic system (krebs cycle). The lactic acid is converted back to pyruvate once the workload is reduced and that is funneled into the mitochondria to be used for energy. The adaptation he's referring to doesn't lead to mutation (with a negative connotation). Working this system is natural and stressing it to a healthy level increases aerobic capacity and mitochondrial efficiency, which has been shown to be instrumental in health and longevity.

Here’s a biblical lesson in slight of words. Read it more than once if you don’t get it the first time, read it until you get it.
Jeremiah 31: 31 “The days are coming,” declares the Lord,
“when I will make a new covenant
    with the people of Israel
and with the people of Judah.
32 It will not be like the covenant
    I made with their ancestors
when I took them by the hand
to lead them out of Egypt,
    because they broke my covenant,
    though I was a husband to[d] them,[e]”
Now Hebrew 8 8 But God found fault with the people and said[b]:
“The days are coming, declares the Lord,
when I will make a new covenant
    with the people of Israel
and with the people of Judah.
9 It will not be like the covenant
    I made with their ancestors
when I took them by the hand
to lead them out of Egypt,
because they did not remain faithful to my covenant,
and I turned away from them,
    declares the Lord.
Read it again. Slight of words got the Jews hated and persecuted for centuries.

I personally disagree you should put as much time into your well being. spiritually, physically mentally. financially. no one is going to do it for you. At the end of the day u are investing into your health. If it takes the whole day. Take the day. God Bless.
