After watching so many baking videos, it's tempting to keep trying new bakes but we end up wasting our effort and money on ingredients without proper knowledge, or even worse, we never understand what went wrong during the process of baking. Some cake batter is made by beating the whole egg in a water bath at 40 degrees (like certain sponge cakes). However, in chiffon cakes, the egg yolk and egg whites are beaten separately. Can you do a video on the differences between those types of batters and also why some recipes call for baking powder and some don't? Can I bake chiffon cake batter in a round pan instead of a tube pan? Thank you!

I just don't understand why some cake batter is made by beating the whole egg at 40 degrees and why some (like the chiffon cake) are done by beating the yolk and white separately. Was hoping you can give some insights this. Thank you! :)

太轻的东西,我通常都会加上一些东西在秤上,例如一个碗或勺子,或者……更简单一点,你自己随意。PS:筛网我通常都选择全不锈钢的,洗完后顺便放进烤箱里,利用余温消毒或烘干。XDD

蛋糕卷做毛巾面用Teflon油布是最好的 毛巾面非常漂亮 而且可以反复使用 油纸的效果非常差 很容易起皱 硅胶垫更适合做面包饼干类的

看来不是我一个人认为那个牌子的秤不好用。我那个秤它最奇葩的地方就是,你秤东西的时候,当你把多余的分量取出来之后,重量没减反加,真不知问题出在哪儿 !
@@anniezhang6846 预算不多就在淘宝搜三十四多价位的,样子好看的就行了,比如乐易仕。不过建议一定要买白色,否则撒上面粉会很丑。预算再多一点可以买dretec、TANITA之类,颜值不错。我目前是用CAFEDE KONA手冲咖啡秤(以上仅供参考),我觉得厨房秤可以买好一点,即使出坑了还是用得着。
同意,這個稱用一段時間後 就沒辦法準了, 移一點點位子 每個的重量都會不一樣而且差很多
