I'm no Trump fan but I'm definitely not a Biden fan either. Biden has been in politics for 45 years and he has made so many racist and totally inappropriate remarks. Most of them have actually been on visual and audible recordings. In fact, Kamala Harris used them in her campaign against him. I think its pathetic that in a country as large as America, those are the 2 that we were given to vote for. Utterly ridiculous.

I do everything for my girls, make sure they have a good breakfast, excersise, fresh air and rest, but I don’t do it for myself!! I know I feel better when I eat breakfast and do a 30-40 minute walk every day. I know if I meditate, I feel so much better! And what’s that? An hour out of the day?? Yet I cannot discipline myself to do it consistently. It’s like the minute they’re awake I can’t think for myself!! What’s it all about????? 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
