    I used this AI-Bikefit for myself and my girlfriend after 3 tries I got the fit dialed in perfectly no issues on both bikes 👌🏽

      How has the fit been after a year? Do you still use it or have you changed your fit?

    • @MJarthur95
      @MJarthur95 Год назад

      @@Shaonia The fit is still good, haven’t moved an inch on my Aero bike.
      However on my Gravel/TT bike I have changed a couple of things over the time.
      MTB is still perfect no need to change anything.
      I must say that the system has improved a lot over a year.

    That's a cool option to have with a bike fit. Battling with my left knee pain from time to time and moving the saddle back and forth.
    Thanks, Charles!

    Dude thank you, I have been struggling with my position for a long time due to my height. Im 1,90 m and when I ride my bike for 30-60 Mins i am getting so much pain in my back (im 17) so it makes the experience much less fun. I don't want to pay so much money to do a bike fit, but yeah Im scared what the damage can do from my back in the Future. I am going to try this and it looks very interesting and im hyped to see the results. Thanks homie ♥️

    3 weeks ago, I tried the app for both my TT and my road bike because I feel I still need to fine tune my own made bike fit... but AI suggested to change...nothing ! Yep, it told me my fittings where all fine. Since then, I am very skeptical of that new tool.

    • @CharlesOuimet
      @CharlesOuimet  2 года назад

      Well that means you have a good enough fit! The tool is indeed not perfect, but is a good indicator to get a ball park fit for the new commers to the sports and to fact-check the position

      Hi Robin, Jesse from MyVeloFit here. I just had a quick look at your fit and you are right on the edge of most of the ranges. So you are right in feeling like you could use some fine tuning but at the moment it's out of the scope of our ability to make recommendations. We are in the process of improving the recommendations which would help in your case. The biggest thing I can see with your position is the "downhill" angle of your armpads/extensions. If you angle them up a bit more (only ~2-3 degrees) my guess is you'd be a lot more stable. Hope that helps!

    Is it not missing a front / rear view to analyze the lateral movements from hips and knees ? A side view sound limited

    The thumbnail says +-30s but in the video I didn't see where you mentioned you speed gains or power gains.
    Did you do an FTP test for the initial each position or at least the first and last?

    @6:11 your shoulder dot is too low and skewing the hip angle, if it was on your shoulder the angle would increase

    • @CharlesOuimet

      thanks for the tip!

    • @jessejarj

      For the record the dot in a specific frame isn't necessarily equal to the measurement we output. There's some averaging and data cleaning that happens in the background for most of the markers. The shoulder is actually the hardest marker to pick the "right" one for the still images.
