I interpreted it as something similar to 'Yin and Yang' (though clearly thats more apparent between KaSumi and Akechi), or rather, rivals. It's shown through his updated Confidant especially.

Yellow is there color scheme not the style of persona four
Even if it is just yellow, it still feels really well done, and there's patterns in the background that add a lot to it as well.
There's plenty of detail in all of the little things, moments like where joker is invisible feel really nice.
Plus a lot of the background things add to the detail of the whole thing.

Tbh I actually like this better than the original because the red kinda made it look dark-ish, while this yellow really gave the black some real contrast
This fits amazingly!!! My favorites are 0:31 where Futaba’s walks fits the background beats and Kasumi’s dance when it cuts to the overhead view in the break between lyrics! This was very well done!
Also the golden background instead of the red is the cherry on top

bravo really enjoyed this mashup, the sync was spot on and imo colors flying high didn't feel like the upgrade it needed to win me over wake up, get up, get out there - I recently played p5r again and looks like there are mods that replace the opening fmv and I would love to see this video every time I launch the game

@@gutenhiemer3818 no he did a lot more than that, the patterns in the background, shading all of that. It takes a lot more than you think to change an opening. If he simply swapped colors the whole video would look really bad because every inch of red oils be super bright yellow. There’s way more to it than just swapping colors

The patterns are featured at 0:30 (go watch the original P5R opening if you still don’t believe me). Swapping red to the kind of bright yellow featured in the P4G opening is NOT easy, and I speak from experience. I will never understand why people seek to diminish something that someone clearly put a lot of effort into.
@@flickeringflower5625 I see now that he did add patterns but I don't think it would take that long for them to be imported and then start circling around. Now for the shade of yellow, I REALLY don't understand how that specific shade is so hard to swap.
