Did you uses layer mask?
10:50 and 13:50 I just fill black color for layer mask, need hide furniture from plan
S Photoshop Architecture thanks for reply. I used the marquee tool and drew the rectangle, then went to the layer mask and used the brush tool to fill it. It worked . But You did it without brush tool , how ?

You san search on Pinterest by "Furniture top view" there are many things you can use!
What are all the Brushes you used here ? @S Photoshop Architecture
Some brushes are defaul Photoshop, brushes watercolor you can download from "watercolor brush Photoshop Brusheezy" by search GG

Hi, at 6:57 what shortcut did u use?
When I select by Magic Wand tool, selection not only white area
I use Pen tool make an path and use command Ctrl Alt Enter for load and subtract toilet area
Ctrl Enter for load selection by path, so I also use Shift or Alt for Add and Subtract

@@spencer_francis I use command Ctrl Shift Alt E for merge all layer to new one layer on top
Make sure pick top layer first then use command!

I fill black color to layer mask, hide part of image on the door
You can use menu File/fill or keyboard Shift F5 to use it
