¡¡¡Qué Maravilla!!! Thank you so much!!! So many lessons together in this performance! groove, dynamics, interplay, space, exploration, quotes, expression... and above all the four are having big fun!
Three best tenor sax players in history: 1. Michael Brecker wearing glasses 2. Bold Michael Brecker 3. Michael Brecker next 8 bars after not hitting a note
Just the guitar intro is amazing. I didn't know Adam Rogers. Thanks for sharing this, Bret. No idea who is the bassist? He looks somewhat familiar to me.
Every note he plays, is sooo nuanced, deliberatly expressive, that it becomes a piece of music by itself. This is one to study in terms of expression.

That's an awesome finding of a precious gem. I only know this song from his album❤
The beat gave it away for me. It's the grooviest tune in the album
I've watched it in a live video with Metheny, Goldings and Stewart somewhere in the tube, but right now i don't recall where
Judge Reinhold on guitar is great! And Mike is the GOAT. 🐐

Sco was one of his guitar teachers!
Pretty audible, but still wonderful
