Dear friend , you are perforforming TVS with full bladder ? It is understandable that you did TAsS with partially filled bladder ,then without asking the patient to empty her bladder you proceeded with TVS .

This means vaginal bleeding , history given by patient , and in early pregnancy with h/o vaginal bleeding, ultrasound is done for viability. TVS Ultrasound detects perisac bleed , there is video in my channel about this

Subserosal fibroid usually dont cause early abortion. Main complications of large or multiple fibroids is infertility. There are 25% early pregnancy abortion rate. With out any specific cause , Fetal pole not visualized means that there was decreased growth , causes can be congenital, maternal age + 35yrs , other diseases ,

With yoga or all other exercises all good for fertility if done as a routine , make it part of yr life , also totally quit sugar and fast food in all forms. It also decreases age as much as atleast 5 yrs.
Thek he baby means alive pregnancy, and growth is also normal 8wks as compared to previous History. Yr nexk important scan is at 12wks , which will show head , limbs , nuchal translucency etc.

You should hv a good Tvs Ultrasound, to see the viability, and fetal cardiac activity.
How much was the cardiac activity in this case
This pregnancy was continued normally.

U can do blood test for Pregnancy or bHCG test for Pregnancy confirmation.
If -ve , u should hv tvs ultrasound, to rule out cyst or pocs.

Doppler is easy and effective way for early pregnancy fetal cardiac activity and Heart rate, even at 5w, 3 ,4 days.

What are the causes of irregular sac? Had an irregular sac with yolk sac fetal pole but it stopped developing after 6 weeks and had to do abortion 😢
These hv high risk for Abortion, as pt has H/O Spotting. But in many pts , bleeding stopped and Pregnancy continues.
