I've mistakenly taken it into my own hands, but now I've learned to let God: 1. Taken care of my love life. I trust Him to heal me, in time, and send me my wife. 2. Heal and resolve my wounds from my previous relationship. 3. Make sure my next door neighbor, who has been harassing, stalking, and spying on me for the past eight years, sees justice.
this is literally me in the current season i'm in! i am a recent new grad nurse & have yet to get a job! i've been applying to ALOT of job openings, been to a lot of job interviews; but for whatever reason, i have not yet been offered a position :( but the Lord is faithful! & i believe He is a sovereign God who is in control of my life. i believe He has something better in store for me & i pray for patience and faith during this season of waiting 🥹 my plans are not His plans, His plans are always so much greater, for my good & for His GLORY! thank you kaci for sharing this message, God bless you ❤

I have been tempted to play God in my marriage, but I surrender all to God last year and it is a worthwhile journey so far to see the blessings of God.
I greatly appreciate this reminder to trust in the Lord. Right now, I’m actively job seeking with over 200 rejections. I graduated last year and have 2 months left before I have to pay an agency for an internship because there is a time limit to joining an internship program. I got rejected left and right, even for roles in which I majored in and have experience in as well. I asked God to open a path for me fast, even if it’s not my dream job. I am willing to work as though unto Him and pay it forward and help others. If anyone can help pray for me thank you so much.

This is a situation I’m in as well. I’m in a waiting season. I’m about to finish my undergraduate college degree and will be going to graduate school at Liberty University (another great Christian college) for history. But I have two close friends of mine getting married very soon which makes me really desire to find a wife and kinda envy for entering that next phase. I took matters into my own hands and tried to pursue a girl but it didn’t work out and got hurt. It feels like God is calling me to trust him and lean into him and wait till the right girl comes around. But it’s tough to continue waiting in singleness when the desire to be with someone is so strong and I’m watching close friends get married
Thank you for this message :) I've been struggling with the knowledge that my childhood abuser will die very soon without me or his other victims getting (earthly) justice. God has been reminding me a lot lately that true justice is in His hands. I don't need to fight any longer, it's not my battle - I can just rest in His arms safe and protected. Abraham was a similar illustration. Isaac was the child of the promise, but due to old age and at some point lacking the belief that God could/would fulfil His own promise, Abraham tried to accelerate the process and fathered a child with his wife's handmaiden. That son, Ishmael, later was the progenitor of nations who warred against Israel. At the first, Abraham sinned by not trusting God to fulfil His promise. He demonstrated the strength of his faith later though, when God told him to sacrifice Isaac. Abraham was prepared to do it, trusting God that His promise would still be fulfilled, even if Isaac was gone. It was faith proved by testing. In my current situation, I can see things I want to do to hasten the outcome, but I don't have complete peace about going ahead and doing those things, at this time. I trust the Lord is telling me to wait. Whether the actions or intent are right, the timing may not be, and there is undoubtedly more to the situation which I cannot see. Today, I must choose again to trust Him, and wait. Trust Him to be acting behind the scenes, trust Him to change me to be what He wants me to be, and trust Him to make clear what I will need to do and when.
Unfortunately I deal and have dealt with a mother who has kept our daughter out of my life for 5 years plus and has just been an evil person towards me. All this while sitting in church acting like a Christian. I’ve wanted revenge for so long but my Mom continues to say trust in the Lord and let him handle it. It’s hard I tell you
This is the season we are currently in. Last week, we were in car accident and the driver at fault was drunk and overspeeding. Our car was wrecked. We made an agreement that he will shoulder the repair costs, etc but since Wednesday, they haven’t been answering our calls or replying to our texts. 😭😭 we’re so stressed, and have thought several times of taking the matters in our hands, but this video reminds me to not do that. God is in control and I trust Him. 🙏🏻 pls pray for us in this difficult time. 😭🙏🏻

I have become angry at the other grandmothers to 3 of my grandchildren, as well as the fathers and mothers of them( my grandbabies). I have said my hurts angrily to them and now I cannot see them. Both granddaughters I have not seen in almost 4 years, now a grandson, I have not seen in at least 2 months. My heart is full of grief. Thank you for this message, it has shown me hope and helped me to remember He does see, He does hear, He does know, and He will reunite us in His perfect time.
The book & story of Exodus is one of my favorite Biblical stories. I’m mind blown because I never caught that verse about the more they were oppressed the more they grew! 🤯 WOW! This puts so many things into perspective especially as you read the book of Joshua when the Hebrews entered the Promised Land. I also think it speaks to how God makes your enemies your footstool. When the Hebrews left Egypt, they took treasures from the Egyptians with them too. Great lesson.

I’ve been unemployed for about a year and 2 months. I keep applying and networking so much and nothing happens. 😢 I told God I can’t do it anymore half a year ago. My deadline in my contract is to have a full-time job by May 31 or I fail my program goals. It is now April 16 and I don’t have any interviews. I thought God would help us meet this deadline as we worked years for the large financial reward from this program. We are on welfare and in deep poverty with financial crisis back to back. I’m tired.
@@Mary-gr3mr I’ve only gotten one interview in 2024 so I guess I’m not in the right career field. The jobs I’m applying to are in marketing as that’s where my experience, skillset and interest is in. I’ve had my resume edited multiple times and reviewed by a recruiter at a top company. They said it was good. I’ve been praying and praying, nothing has changed in my job search.
I have been unemployed for year and 8 months. I know that this can be very disheartening. Ask God to reveal your season. You might be going through a wilderness season, being in this season you will face many test, trials and tribulations (James 1: 2-4). This season God wants you to rely on Him for provision (Matt 6:33) seek first His kingdom. This season can be very dry, God will isolate you so that you can spend time in His presence. Do not try to make things happen in your own will or power or to take control. Submit all control to God. The waiting can be long and uncomfortable however this is the time God pruning you and instilling the fruits of the spirit within you building a solid foundation in Him. In due season God wil release you with His Glory and fire to do His divine work. Keep on studding the Bible and encouraging yourself with online sermons and prophetic content. Blessings 🙏🏼

I’ve been looking for a job for 16 months; I’ve lost everything & am now living with a relative. I sometimes wondered if my efforts have been fruitless because He has a different plan for me. But then I also wonder if I’m being lazy & fearful because of the many rejections that are part of the search. I have deadlines of bills to pay and if I can’t meet them the consequences won’t be good. I’m trying to to trust in Him but the wait and worries…

Ive tried taking matters into my own hands again and again in trying to win the heart of my crush and a first date with her. It does feel like its hopeless and that ive ruined everything, but like you said in another video when everything is stacked against you that's usually when God moves, so he gets the glory and so you don't get prideful in your own abilities.

The main thing that comes to mind is my desire for a dance career. I know the pros and cons, and I have already come to the agreement that pursuing it the world's way isn't going to work out. However, I kept help but feel like I'm wasting time because I don't have the basics for someone who wants to pursue something like this. I've created and deleted RUclips channels and instagram pages, and it's becoming apparent that God either is advising against it or is telling me to wait. I'm trying to slow down so I can hear him clearly, but it just makes me more anxious.
I real need a job that provides for me so that I can stop living with a credit card and pay off debt… I am polishing my resume and applying to jobs but I don’t know if this is what I should be doing. I have submitted to God and I do feels that He doesn’t want me to be inactive and idle. I definitely don’t want to take matters into my own hands but idk what else I am supposed to do.

If I may gently offer something you may or may not already know - it’s okay and well within the confines of scripture to create firm boundaries with a person who mistreats you regardless of their relationship to you (spouse, child, parent, sibling , friend, etc.). God created boundaries from the beginning…(I can share more about that if you’d like). Being a believer doesn’t mean we have to continually allow people full access to us. We can love, honor, and forgive people without allowing them continued access if they’re unable or unwilling to be responsible with the access they have, if that makes sense. You don’t deserve to be mistreated. 🩷
I’ve been waiting to buy a house with my husband for almost 9 years this desire has been there and we haven’t been able to. God has literally said no to even small project house that cost $40,000 we had $20,000 to give downpayment yet we were told no, recently again with another project house. I we just want a house with more space we are family of 5 and with two rooms (technically 1.5) it’s frustrating but I am asking God to help me wait patiently and with joy for when he opens the door we walk into our blessing with gratitude and not with shame.
This message resonates with me so much. I’ve been going through a divorce for over a year now. My spouse cheated and had no remorse or desire to change, in fact he said God justified his cheating because he was not satisfied in our marriage. Needless to say, I’ve wanted so many times to take revenge or do the same to him that he did to me. However, unlike him I do have a healthy fear of God and I know that whatever He has for my future is leaps and bounds better than I could ever imagine. I’m trusting in Him and leaving all things in His hands.

I’ve been tempted to take my marriage being restored into my own hands and whenever I’m not being still it looks like it’s getting worse But the Lord showed me the verse ironically in Exodus after he spoke it to me before That the Lord will fight for you all you need to do is be still Every time I’ve been still I’ve noticed progress, and I need to just be still prayers for me staying still, and being still, and for my marriage being restored

I have already been taking things into my own hands by buying specific herbs and a mushroom that works against cancer cells, yet, I feel that I am disappointing the Lord. I know that God can take care of this but my fear... I need to let go.
This couldn't have come at a better time. I've been worried about my best friend, who recently started getting to know a guy that is into worshipping norse gods. She has good intentions, and is sharing the gospel with him. I didn't want her to spend so much time with him, because she was seeing him everyday, and I was scared that he would take advantage of her. He is a whole lot older than us, maybe 9 years or so. I tried to take matters into my own hands, trying to keep her away from him, but it obviously did not work and I do feel bad about it. He has been attending church and I believe he is called to be in the Kingdom of God. If I had managed to keep her away from him, I'm afraid I might have ruined his current chances at salvation and finding Jesus. I feel terrible about it but this video really helped me to see that God is bigger than my mistakes and that His plan always prevails above ours.
I know is out of topic, but as a christian I'm trying to understand how to be with Israel, after all the things it is doing to P*lestine? I want to do the right thing, as a christian, I really want to understand, but I don't understand how to be on the side of a country that is k****g so many people, including christian(!), and thag openly say they ha*e God. Like with anything we deem to not be right. We have to pray that Gods justice prevails, and the innocent get their justice on Earth. And there are also tangible things we can do like donating and boycotting certain organisations that are helping the perpetrators. But we have to continuously cry out to God in prayer about this situation. You don’t have to support something you know to be wrong at all, and you don’t have to hate anyone in order to show support. That’s not what Christianity is about. There’s more I can say on this but I think the important thing to know is God is in control and you can come to him about how you feel.

My deadline in my contract is to have a full-time job by May 31 or I fail my program goals. It is now April 16 and I don’t have any interviews. I thought God would help us meet this deadline as we worked years for the large financial reward from this program. We are on welfare and in deep poverty with financial crisis back to back. I’m tired.

@@Mary-gr3mr I’ve only gotten one interview in 2024 so I guess I’m not in the right career field. The jobs I’m applying to are in marketing as that’s where my experience, skillset and interest is in. I’ve had my resume edited multiple times and reviewed by a recruiter at a top company. They said it was good. I’ve been praying and praying, nothing has changed in my job search.
I have been unemployed for year and 8 months. I know that this can be very disheartening. Ask God to reveal your season. You might be going through a wilderness season, being in this season you will face many test, trials and tribulations (James 1: 2-4). This season God wants you to rely on Him for provision (Matt 6:33) seek first His kingdom. This season can be very dry, God will isolate you so that you can spend time in His presence. Do not try to make things happen in your own will or power or to take control. Submit all control to God. The waiting can be long and uncomfortable however this is the time God pruning you and instilling the fruits of the spirit within you building a solid foundation in Him. In due season God wil release you with His Glory and fire to do His divine work. Keep on studding the Bible and encouraging yourself with online sermons and prophetic content.

But then I also wonder if I’m being lazy & fearful because of the many rejections that are part of the search. Ive tried taking matters into my own hands again and again in trying to win the heart of my crush and a first date with her. It does feel like its hopeless and that ive ruined everything, but like you said in another video when everything is stacked against you that's usually when God moves, so he gets the glory and so you don't get prideful in your own abilities.

The main thing that comes to mind is my desire for a dance career. I know the pros and cons, and I have already come to the agreement that pursuing it the world's way isn't going to work out. However, I kept help but feel like I'm wasting time because I don't have the basics for someone who wants to pursue something like this. I've created and deleted RUclips channels and instagram pages, and it's becoming apparent that God either is advising against it or is telling me to wait. I'm trying to slow down so I can hear him clearly, but it just makes me more anxious.
I real need a job that provides for me so that I can stop living with a credit card and pay off debt… I am polishing my resume and applying to jobs but I don’t know if this is what I should be doing. I have submitted to God and I do feels that He doesn’t want me to be inactive and idle. I definitely don’t want to take matters into my own hands but idk what else I am supposed to do.

My pastor went through Acts 1:1-4… I think! The way he links other scriptures to even one small verse in the bible is incredible! THAT’S why reading the bible takes so long!

If I may gently offer something you may or may not already know - it’s okay and well within the confines of scripture to create firm boundaries with a person who mistreats you regardless of their relationship to you (spouse, child, parent, sibling , friend, etc.). God created boundaries from the beginning…(I can share more about that if you’d like).
Being a believer doesn’t mean we have to continually allow people full access to us. We can love, honor, and forgive people without allowing them continued access if they’re unable or unwilling to be responsible with the access they have, if that makes sense.
You don’t deserve to be mistreated. 🩷
I enjoyed the video, this is something I have questioned before. Should I do more or wait on God.
I’ve been waiting to buy a house with my husband for almost 9 years this desire has been there and we haven’t been able to. God has literally said no to even small project house that cost $40,000 we had $20,000 to give downpayment yet we were told no, recently again with another project house. I we just want a house with more space we are family of 5 and with two rooms (technically 1.5) it’s frustrating but I am asking God to help me wait patiently and with joy for when he opens the door we walk into our blessing with gratitude and not with shame.
This message resonates with me so much. I’ve been going through a divorce for over a year now. My spouse cheated and had no remorse or desire to change, in fact he said God justified his cheating because he was not satisfied in our marriage. Needless to say, I’ve wanted so many times to take revenge or do the same to him that he did to me. However, unlike him I do have a healthy fear of God and I know that whatever He has for my future is leaps and bounds better than I could ever imagine. I’m trusting in Him and leaving all things in His hands.

But the Lord showed me the verse ironically in Exodus after he spoke it to me before
That the Lord will fight for you all you need to do is be still
Every time I’ve been still I’ve noticed progress, and I need to just be still prayers for me staying still, and being still, and for my marriage being restored

I have already been taking things into my own hands by buying specific herbs and a mushroom that works against cancer cells, yet, I feel that I am disappointing the Lord. I know that God can take care of this but my fear... I need to let go.
This couldn't have come at a better time. I've been worried about my best friend, who recently started getting to know a guy that is into worshipping norse gods. She has good intentions, and is sharing the gospel with him. I didn't want her to spend so much time with him, because she was seeing him everyday, and I was scared that he would take advantage of her. He is a whole lot older than us, maybe 9 years or so. I tried to take matters into my own hands, trying to keep her away from him, but it obviously did not work and I do feel bad about it. He has been attending church and I believe he is called to be in the Kingdom of God. If I had managed to keep her away from him, I'm afraid I might have ruined his current chances at salvation and finding Jesus. I feel terrible about it but this video really helped me to see that God is bigger than my mistakes and that His plan always prevails above ours.

Like with anything we deem to not be right. We have to pray that Gods justice prevails, and the innocent get their justice on Earth. And there are also tangible things we can do like donating and boycotting certain organisations that are helping the perpetrators. But we have to continuously cry out to God in prayer about this situation. You don’t have to support something you know to be wrong at all, and you don’t have to hate anyone in order to show support. That’s not what Christianity is about. There’s more I can say on this but I think the important thing to know is God is in control and you can come to him about how you feel.
