The Power of Now shows you that every minute you spend worrying about the future or regretting the past is a minute lost. The only place where you can truly live is in the present, and this book will help you start living every minute as it occurs.
After a powerful spiritual awakening, Eckhart Tolle felt a deep loss of his ego - and that was a wonderful thing! He wandered around and stayed fully engaged in every moment. Eventually, he wrote down what he learned from his experience.
The result, The Power of Now, became a million-copy bestseller and one of the world's most famous books today. Watch our animated summary to discover the secrets of mindfulness and learn how to be happy!

Synchronicities keep happening to me. Just this morning I was thinking what a waste it was for me to keep remembering the past or wondering about the future because they don't exist! That thought made me happy and went on with my day. Then I bumped into your channel, which I didn't even know existed, and decided to watch this summary because (although I bought the book), I have not found the patience necessary to actually sit down and read it. These summaries are great! I will definitely go through your book list and check out even more videos. What a great idea! I liked, subscribed and shared your channel with my son, who loves to read! Thank s again :))

If you expect to be enlightened by a 6-minute RUclips video summary then boy, do I have news for you...
Go pick up the book!! Very few people will have the same experience as Tolle did just from reading his story, but I did highlight a TON of good stuff and it really sat with me for a while.
