Our company exports many electronic components and semiconductors to China for consumer electronics. Recently we are experiencing sharp decline of import orders from China. We heard many worker lay-off and factory shutdown among our Chinese customers. This year Chinese economy does not look good and next year even worse. We are embracing ourselves for economic impact from China. Economy of Japan and Korea also are not so good this year but way milder than sharp decline of Chinese economy. The hay day of Chinese investment is sunsetting. Look for investment opportunity in other countries like Vietnam or India.

    • @KittenBowl1

Economy of Japan is not bad. Not sure about Korea but they’re not the same at all. You know South Korea is like 1/5th of the economy of Japan? You can’t compare those two countries as they’re totally different countries. But for Japan it is not bad because of strong dollars they’re doing very well with increased exports and some companies have been doing very well, highest revenue in four decades in some of them. I don’t think you know how to analyze economies… Japan is actually semiconductor exporting country, Japan does not import semiconductors it exports to other countries. Netherlands and Japan are two countries that even manufacture semiconductor manufacturing equipments and export to China as well as they can’t manufacture those equipments themselves. Yeah Japan and Netherlands were asked by US to ban the exporting of equipments also which would definitely kill China for sure as they won’t be able to produce cellphones to cars to computer to all of that ever happens. Besides Chinese are dropping like flies due to Covid. China would definitely fall for next several decades. The thing is they’re not nice to all of those countries plus more. It’s well deserved.

After all Germany is a nation in the EU. The EU parliament and EU heads are unnecessarily hostile against China. This problem has to be intelligently resolved. Ideology is not a real deciding power in society. As for China, I think the biggest problem is to restore birth rate to at least 2.1. This is more important than economy.

Unnecessarily? Are you daft? China has continuously retaliated sometimes for simply trying to seek the true origin of COVID. China is done in the demographics department, you can't reverse that, you might be able to prop it up for a few years like Japan did but it'll go fall back down just like Japan is currently dealing with. Some of you are still so naive or not, some especially in power just care about one thing 💰.
