I was playing arceus after work today and I forgot to charge my joycons so I was just playing with the knowledge that if the joycon dies at a bad moment it will make for a funny moment at my expense, cue an hour later I’m trying to catch an alpha blissey and it sees me, I turn to run and in the top left I see a picture of my left joycon and the message battery depleted. My character proceeded to stand in place as blissey charged a hyper beam as I tried to mash the home button on my other joycon
I forget the movie/animation but this puts in mind a scene where this guy's pressing a button to close a door and something starts running at them and they just start mashing that button.

Then I used Garchomp to sweep the elite four and half of Cynthia's team. Good times.

You know it wouldnt be that odd for ditto to be in the game considering every other object that doesnt belong in that game is literally falling out of time rifts like upgrade metal coat dubious disk and so on. Ditto would be the most normal thing to appear from a time space distortion.

I'm glad I'm not the only one doing some of these things. I stun locked that flying gyarados because I cannot hit flying pokemon to save my life, and I literally sit there and stare at the other trainer because I'm still not sure if you can die during battles and I haven't decided to try yet.
