Try and ask your doctor or nurse if it's ok for you to drink Coconut water during pregnancy. It may Help Keep your electrolytes Balanced. if it's ok ? TRY ZINCO OR Vita coco really decent cocunut water. God Bless you thank you for sharing your experience.
