This fixed my issue! Thank you for the guide. It literally took my download speed from 10mbps to 400mbps+. Funny how windows allowed this to happen and none of my other devices did.
all this didnt work for me at all even contacted the ips and the PC custom builder I payed to build my PC the ips say its nothing on their end sadly and seems to be windows who is having a issue it ever since I updated to the most recent windows update -_-
It sounds frustrating that the recent Windows update has caused slow internet speeds, and if the ISP and custom PC builder confirmed there’s no issue on their end, the problem likely lies with the update. Here are a few things you can try to fix it: 1. Rollback the Recent Windows Update: Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > View update history. Click Uninstall updates and remove the most recent update to see if it restores your internet speed. 2. Reset Network Settings: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status. Scroll down and click Network reset to reset all network settings to their defaults. 3. Update Network Adapter Drivers: Open Device Manager (Right-click Start > Device Manager). Expand Network adapters, right-click your network card, and select Update driver. You can also visit the network adapter manufacturer’s website for the latest drivers. 4. Disable Windows Auto-Tuning: Open Command Prompt as administrator and run this command: csharp Copy code netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled Restart your PC and check if this improves the speed.
